I had a flat the other day and was desperately trying to get to my classes. I went here and they fixed me up in no time. The service was great and he was very friendly. Will be returning if I ever have another flat!

Had to get new tires for my truck and the young man named Mike met me as I drove up, told me what I needed, gave me a good quote,ordered it and called when they came in and put them on with a professional attitude. Thumbs up.

The best tire shop in the city of Lake Charles,LA. No tire shop in the area can give you a better deal. Any tire needs you have, they'll take care of you. They also do repairs on vehicles. Just ask, and you will be taken care of.

This place was absolutely AMAZING!!! We had gone to 24 hr tire to get 2 tires and they wanted to charge us $60 a piece for USED tires.....so we went to Family Tire Care and the service was second to none, the staff was friendly, respectful and lightning fast. In and out in about 20 minutes. And and and......they charged us $80 for both tires and they were brand new!!!! Please give this establishment your business......you will not regret it!!!

Man these guys really helped me out in a bind. I'm pulling into Lake Charles for a full week of travel all around in Louisiana for business. He offered to take a look at my tire even though he didn't have a replacement one in stock. He was able to get me up and running and recomended a follow up if there was any more trouble. He seemed pretty busy, lots of people coming in and out and they work quickly.

We were traveling back to Houston from Mississippi when we had a blow out and couldn't reach anyone. It was around 11pm-12am. But officer D. Robinson put in contact with Mike. He was very professional and quick with the service. When around Lake Charles and in need of tire repair definitely call him. Great prices! Thanks Mike and D.
