From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out you will never see all they have to offer....the atmosphere is just divine and the staff are so friendly and helpful....highly recommend this place for that something different your looking for....and the free gift wrapping is spectacular ?

Selection was good even close to a holiday but the customer service was terrible. The lady behind the counter was very obviously not happy to be there. I asked a couple of questions and was as friendly as I could be because maybe she was tired or had been busy..I got a very dead eyed look and a snippy reply to every comment I made. I made a purchase and left..definitely will not return!

Very pretty and unique store.Many gift items, Christian selections as well. Pleasant and helpful staff. My gift was beautifully and uniquely gift wrapped today. Time and creativity was put into the gift wrap. Thank you So much !

Spent a few hours in the store this past Sunday. Great selection of everything Louisiana that we love. Everyone was so helpful, kind, and attentive to us. Bought some gifts and they wrapped them and then boxed them for a safe shipment! Great experience!

I had stopped in to get more generic, run-of-the-mill souvenirs; what I received instead was a warm welcome and astute staff that were eager to assist. One of the staff members (I suspect the owner) was straightforward and knew right away that they didn't carry what I was searching for and instead recommended that I try a shop not far down the road. I was impressed by her honesty and the incredible collection of items that they did have, that I knew I had to buy something from them anyway. I decided on a beautiful candle (that I'm certain my wife will love). When asked if I wanted it gift wrapped I had assumed it was going to be tissue paper and a sticker but, her staff won me over again when they emerged with this intricately wrapped gift. (see photo)Small, meaningful acts like this are what set local businesses apart from any chain store. It was evident that these women put pride behind their work and care that the customer gets what they are looking for. (Even if it means losing a customer's business). I have great respect for this level of customer care and would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Go to Expressions!
