Renting experience was great. But my overall review is for Chad. Simply the nicest, warmest person I’ve ever met. I was having a bad day the day I went in to drop my rental car back off, and he went out of his way to make me feel better when by no means did he have to. I just want him to know that the kindness he showed that day will never be forgotten. You never know what someone is going through personally, but a bit of kindness can mean everything. Thank you thank you, from the bottom of my heart! Also, I can’t speak on any of the other employees here, because I only worked with him. But I’m sure they are just as wonderful! Thank you!!

To me customer service is going that extra step to ensure customers are happy! Chad gave the most outstanding customer service! Now days that’s extremely hard to find! Chad is such a valuable asset to the Enterprise Rental company! Just his positive attitude towards the customers is rewarding! Thank you for all you did during the whole rental process!

The vehicle that I was originally picking up was not ready in time, but they simply put me in another vehicle. Overall good experience.

Rented a car Monday from this location off of Hwy 171 in Lake Charles, LA and the car stinks really bad. It has a strong weed smell. And I'm not a smoker, so I'm not happy about that smell and I'm still driving it for now. And what's worse is there is (2) no smoking stickers posted in the car. (SMH).

My personal vehicle doesn't have a spare tire and I was visiting an area in Louisiana with terrible roads. The vehicle they gave me was great, but they pointed out it didn't have a spare. That was fine since the tires have a much thicker sidewall than the low-profiles on my vehicle. I was cool with it, but before I left out of town Sadonya Batiste called me to let me know they have a similar vehicle with a spare. I didn't ask for this, but Sadonya took it upon herself and extended her customer service. Thank you so much for this and it made me feel special. Please offer treat Sadonya with a Bonus or even a raise for going above and beyond.

I waited for a replacment car for an hour and a half. The lady that was there waited for me to be the last one out. My car pulled up as she was locking the doors. They gave me a FILTHY car with garbage and what looked to be pee and blood stains. I immediately drove to the airport to turn in that nasty the car. The guy at the counter looked at it and apologized to me. I've been a customer for 15 years. I rent for months at a time. Never again. Wish I could post pics.

i rented a car from this specific enterprise on N Martin Luther King hwy(hwy 14/171). The window were all down when I arrived. prior to the worker driving the car around we watched her spray air freshener. I asked her why she sprayed it. she said the car had just had an air treatment done and was still strong. It smelt like pesticides. The smell was so strong it made my eyes and throat burn. I had my daughter drive it home with the female employee fully aware of her driving it and the circumstances as to why. I parked the car for 2 days thinking it just needed time. After 2 days it still was horrid so I contacted the facility and requested another car. They eventually call me and inform me they have another car for me. i had my son in law return the car for me under the assumptions he would get the new one for me and bring me a car. Instead the same disgruntled excessive rude employee closed out my rental agreement and informed my son in law she would be adding me to a DNR(Do Not Rent) list. Corporate found this to be extremely unprofessional however they are yet to provide me with a rental or return call with a solution. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AT ALL!!

Today I had to bring my company car to the body shop for repairs and the insurance company made my reservation here. When I went in to get my rental there was a problem that the insurance needed to take care of. While I was waiting all the nice ladies were just full of life and enjoying every moment. They were all friendly and smiling and laughing. Such a good work environment they have going here. Once the insurance issue was fixed they quickly got everything together and go me on my way. So a big thanks for all these ladies did for me!!!!

They lie, said if we got car back early they would credit you money, NOT... $470.00 + 300 deposit.... Not good for rent rates

I received nothing but poor service from this branch. The manager Taylor k. Was very combative on the phone with me basically called me a liar. I had scheduled to pick up from my home for the vehicle. And they tried to tell me that Enterprise did not offer that. I had already scheduled the pickup through Enterprise. But after a short conversation with corporate, finding out I was correct, I was refunded the money that this Branch took for me. I recommend using any other Enterprise in Lake Charles Louisiana but this one.
