I have tried to work with these people. Since Roderick Daniels did my taxes for 2019 in 2020. They were unable to help me for over a year because of hurricane Laura. Then I had something come up. I won't speak on behalf of the entire team but Roderick Daniels is a crook and because of that I Will not return, he even went as far as blocking me once I picked my check up and realized there was about 3k missing.

I would like to give 0 stars. Emily's Tax service did my taxes wrong so I had to get someone else to file amended return. Oh and they charged me about $1500 for this service. I had no choice since they had my refund deposited into their account and issued me a cashier's check for $4800 when it should have been over $6000. I am filing suit at this time and have reported the fraud to the IRS.

Do not go to this woman! She is currently going into peoples pockets for her “processing fee” knowing good and well that a lot of people still haven’t received their refund. Unhelpful and rude when calling to get any type of information. “If the IRS doesn’t release your taxes by 7/20/2021 your bank account will automatically be debited”…that’s the email being sent out. I’ve called well over 100 times with no answer. This the lowest a person can get honestly. After hurricanes and floods and a whole pandemic she actually intends to rob people of the little money they may or may not have. I’m certain as a small business owner she’s received some type of assistance from the government yet is callous enough to send emails basically threatening people over something completely out of our control. If she was a halfway decent person she’d at least help people find out why their returns are still processing after 4 months of e-filing. But as I said before you can’t get an answer IF you’re lucky enough to have your call answered at all. Deplorable woman. Janky business.

Wonderful people & TRUE to their word ! The first thing they ask an inquire is if I have any debt which I did and I had no idea from my first marriage I assumed it was all clear but the IRS contacted me and sent out letters an these people who are truly blessings helped me and cleared my name from all debt I knew it would take time & with the IRS an government taking their precious time & I began to stress an get angry because I was the only one who didn’t receive my stimulus an money when I needed it most days passed an bills came in left and right. I can now say I am truly thankful that my name is clear working with them it was truly worth it an I knew my situation was difficult and would be a process an they were still willing to help me by any means, we don’t get the reinsurance or someone who actually understands that we all are struggling I am now happy and bless to receive all cash flow that’s been coming my way an my bills are all cleared. ? THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING !!! I’ll be returning every year !❤️

My taxes weren't submitted correctly or on time. I submitted my information on 2/27 and these people didn't submit it to the IRS until 5/27 after I had to call and check on it. This was all verified by the IRS. Go somewhere else that's not owned by liars.My taxes were prepared by Summer Young. You're not only wrong, but a liar.

Ok beware look I have been informed of a few things wrong with these people. For one serveral of my associates have been telling me that the tax prep agents almost flat out refuses to show you how much you are getting before thier excessive fees. They refuse to give you a copy of the itemized break down of what you are getting back and on top of that, they are not accurate with the day you'll get your refund back they will pass you off when you call in with an issue like thier so busy when they Aren't . I over heard they lost a lady refund check and lied to her about it being mailed out when it wasn't even processed. I quickly changed my mind about this place please avoid if you can they are more affordable places with the same if not better results.
