Went in this establishment around 9. I was profiled terribly, was told that more. Or less w that I had in my buggy, would have to suffice because they were "tired" and the main cashier (possibly some form of management - loudly announced she needed to go out to smoke immediately because we were bothing her by couponing. I will call every single person that I can speak to above them , NOBODY DESERVES THIS TREATMENT.

I went here to do some shopping I've been putting off and I gotta tell you... 11/17/23 at 5:20pm the staff there tonight were TOP. NOTCH... I mean wow. I couldn't find some dog chews that were on sale and two beautiful ladies helped me find them. Then the cashier? GOSH she was so sweet! Y'all really got it together and the 3 ladies working tonight really deserve a raise because they were just unbelievably amazing and patient and kind as all get out. Those 3 made my shopping experience awesome. And the guy who's always there is always so kind. Seriously amazing staff recently. I hope they get this recognition cause they deserve it <3 Keep killin' it y'all

Normally my roommate and I have no problems whenever we go to this location. It basically is our main dollar general store that we go to all the time on a regular. The staff and the customer service that is provided is always excellent. Now unexpectedly when my roommate went up there just a few minutes ago and the cashier Kayla was very rude to him and accused him of getting an attitude with her last week which resulted in him getting kicked out the store by her coworkers. He politely tried to inform her that she had him mistaken for someone else and asked to speak with the manager and she rudely told him that it didn’t t matter due to her being the assistant manager. So he then asked her to review the cameras in order to prove to her that she was wrong, but she just ignored him and checked him out and he left. Once he got home he informed me on what happened and I went back up there with him due to him not being able to get everything he had needed due to him being harassed for no reason at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to that location anymore as long as she is employed as the assistant manager because I wouldn’t want anyone else to be harassed for no reason. That was most definitely bad customer service skills and false judgement. You expect great customer service whenever you go into an establishment.
