I went to many well know jewelers here in Lake Charles. Every single one was very afraid of resizing my ring due to the unique shape and how sentimental the ring was to me. Mr. Moon along with David gracefully walked me through a process of how exactly how the ring would be fixed and also explained why most jewelers didn’t want to take on the task of resizing so drastically. Trusting someone with something of such value to you can be extremely hard. I’m very impressed with how possible he made the impossible seem. Very happy with my ring! Highly recommend seeing these people for all your jewelry needs.

This store is a regular for me when I need something special. I can usually find what I need here at a reasonable price. I bought something for my television that I could not use. Brought it back with the receipt, and they gave me no hassle. As it turns out, there was something else I needed that was the same price. Purchased it in exchange and am a happy customer with this item. These guys have always been good to do business with.

Big shouts to Shannon and David. These two guys are awesome. I’m in and out of the store all the time, wether it’s looking for something or jus stopping to see what’s new. The jewler Shannon is the best of the best, he is so patient and kind, I’ve brought my ring in several times to have him change something on it here and there, but it was this last trip that he brought tears to a girl’s eyes..Loving my actual ring but wanted to change up the top stone, so like always I made a stop to Chads for some insight of what I should do, immediately Shannon called over David and that’s where it all being. David look at the ring told me what stone would look good, the size stone that would look good on my finger and what C’s to look for when purchasing a stone. Once we purchased the stone I brought it in and Shannon worked his magic. During the entire process they kept in touch with me walking me through the steps of what would be next. When I tell you next level customer services, you can’t go anywhere in this town and receive this type of service. The before and after of the ring is unbelievable..Thanks to my guys at the Ryan’s St store, you guys are the Best…

Y'all! I can't say enough about Chad's Pawn Shop. My husband and I went in looking for a metal detector. Any time he goes in looking for oddities, I'm always looking at jewelry (even if I know I'm not going to buy it..LOL)Well my diamond had a significant flaw in it which caused it to be dark and dull. Well, long story way to long, after listening to my story, David said he could order me a custom diamond to put in my set. Number 1- i had not even considered replacing just the diamond and number 2, I CERTAINLY didn't think it would come from a pawn shop, I must say I was skeptical, but I am here to tell you, the quality of my new diamond and the service were excellent. I was brought into David's office for privacy and offered a variety of drinks ranging from water to wine. David is very knowledgeable in diamonds and Shannon, the jeweler, took his time and sat in the office with me to make sure he had a clear understanding of what I was looking for. The 2 of them make a great team!Do not underestimate what Chad's Pawn Shop has to offer! Thank you David and Shannon, you have made a life long customer.
