Well.. if you want my brutal honesty... I love this place. Aside from the sketchy individuals who gamble there, if you enjoy good customer service while winning at any truck stop casino this is the spot. I've been multiple times during each shift and have not left unsatisfied. The waitresses are excelent, if you ever meet Moe she is me and my husband's favorite. They remember our drinks, always welcome everyone with a smile, and walk around checking on everyone so your not always walking around looking for a cashiers. And they keep the place cleaner than any other cash magic I've been too. Security doesn't just sit around they do their job well and remove anyone not following the rules. The machines hit really good too! Just the right mix of the classics and the newer machines.That's all for bRuTaL hOnEsTY with j-me ♡

You would think for $3.15 a gallon you wouldn’t have to stand there and hold the pump handle to pump $55 worth of gas. And, when you finish, you would expect to get a receipt. Don’t hold your breath. But, DO hold your breath when you go into the bathroom, because they let people smoke in there and the smell is horrible!

Got fuel and within 100 miles I started to break down their fuel is bad I've had to change filters twice possible 3 or 4 to get truck running do not buy fuel here

I usually have a good time when my husband and I come to play. But not tonight. I watched serveral customers get up and leave because the gal working seemed to think it was okay to talk to people like they were little kids. The drawings were not on time she was deliberately making people wait an extra 15/20 mins for the drawings because idk they asked what time the drawing was. When she was passing out tickets she said each time and do not ask me when the drawing is. When you see me walking around you will know. (in a very sarcastic voice). It was very disrespectful especially to the older people that were they. But next weekend we will be going to Sulphur. We were ready to leave. The place just had bad vibes after that.

Apparently this establishment doesn't want my money bc I wasn't wearing sleeves over my arms, I was wearing a muscle shirt , that was clean and not torn, but they let females sit down to play , I feel like I was being discriminated against and I will be contacting a lawyer

One of the only video poker places with a point system that gives you cash to play with and also has a mailer with free play that you cash in and play with. I always enjoy their juice is fresh and the staff is always nice as well

They allow stolen/fraudulent cards to be used after repeated declined charges through my bank. I suspect a worker is scamming cards!!! I’m also reporting them to the police. Scammers!!!!
