“I had just got back in town. My car is full of bugs and pulled into the car wash. Not realizing that it was 6:03 pm. After a few moments of washing the bugs off of my vehicle with the brush, I noticed a couple guys and it looked like they were closing up. I asked the one gentleman if they were closing and he says I can go ahead and go through. I told him thank you. One of the gentleman came over to help assist me with paying. I asked him what the hours were and he said normally on Sundays they close at 6 the rest of the week they close at 7. I told him thank you for letting me go through that I had had a long day and a long drive back to Lake Charles. He told me no problem and to have a blessed day. I didn’t get his name. But I definitely will go back to find out and let his manager or the owners know what great people they have working for them.”

I would have given 5 stars but none of the spray stalls have anything to alert the customer that he or she has 1min or less on the timer before the spray cycle expires. Also, to offer the customer a credit/debit card option as a form of payment would be a big plus.”

“Because of an accidental misshap the foam carpet cleaner wasn't working. I left a note in the designated box. The owner actually called to say he had it working again and thanked me for the note. When iI returned I was impressed by the kindness of the owner and how well the carpet cleaner worked.”
