I had them pick me up from the hotel and take me to pick up the car, and the young man that drove me was so nice and so helpful with things to see in the area, he was the same young man who took me back to the hotel and the same. He was so friendly and kind, all the staff there was just super nice. Would highly recommend and the customer service was spot on!”

“Rented a luxury car through Avis and was not disappointed. I will only rent from Avis for here on out the staff at pick up was super nice and quick the drop off process was just as easy and quick. The car was clean and well maintained!!I was able to book the car at the last minute when another rental company fell through for the last time, I won’t name them but they got a proper review as well ?. Thank you Avis Lake Charles I will be loyal to you from here on out and highly recommend anyone looking for a rental vehicle in Lake Charles go to Avis!!!”
“I am sooo elated at the experience that I received here at Hertz Car Rental because from the initial call to picking up the vehicle, I enjoyed the service and the vehicle! It was clean, on full and just what I needed! We took a young basketball team to N.O. for the Pelicans vs. Miami Heat, so we used the 15 passenger van. “With COVID \"raging\", things are weird and no one works at the Airport booth. Someone had to drive to meet me with a car, and I was able to drop off a car leaving the keys in the drop-box. I didn't have to wait too long, and I didn't have any problems, so it was a good experience. I enjoy Hertz at the larger airports where you can pick the car you want, but this facility made an effort to give a good customer experience and I would pick them over their competitors.”
