“Did a one week manager's choice special. Great experience. Ended swapping out for another vehicle the next day because of some overdue required service to that vehicle. Hertz was exemplary it it's expeditious handling of getting vehicle swapped. A-OK. Service.”

“With COVID \"raging\", things are weird and no one works at the Airport booth. Someone had to drive to meet me with a car, and I was able to drop off a car leaving the keys in the drop-box. I didn't have to wait too long, and I didn't have any problems, so it was a good experience. I enjoy Hertz at the larger airports where you can pick the car you want, but this facility made an effort to give a good customer experience and I would pick them over their competitors.”
