If you need to go inside and speak to someone behind a desk, be prepared to wait a very long time. Many wasted trips during my one hour lunch break waiting for them to call my name, which never happens within the hour.

The employees are SO RUDE! WORST SERVICE EVER! My mom trying to use wire service they refused to help her. not even ask any supervisor to help. They just said ”NO” and sitting there watching her do it by herself. Such impatient and unconcerned. Can’t believe how they provided this is kind of service to all the people in bank.

Came to bank twice today the service are soooooooo bad !Morning came to deposit money the banker inpatient!Afternoon trying to wire transfer money to title company , the banker inpatient and rude not willing help and teach me to transfer!Very very bad service experience, never come back !

It’s a shame they can’t even answer a phone I can’t wait until I get all my stuff transferred to close that account! Zero customer service for years now and blame it on Covid!!

Bank is clean and spacious. Staff member Monique (May 28, 2020 9:30am) is not customer service material. Her presence is rude and and she is lacking basic customers skill. Overtalking the customer, not allowing customer time to ask questions significantly dropped my interests in opening an account with her. Her demeanor is rude and unapproachable.

So today at 4:47 I went to Capital one Bank on Ryan and prien lake to make a deposit at the drive through . I couldn’t find my ID so I asked if I could use LA Wallet . The teller Lisette said “No , that’s to identify yourself to the police”. Then she proceeded to say the person with me could use his ID as long as I have my account number and he could make the deposit. She then said have a nice day as if I was done. I asked The person with me to press the button so I could get a deposit slip and I filled it out and he gave his ID. Thinking that was it a minute or two later she ask for his S.S. , I found my ID and told her no ! Waiting for my our IDs and the receipt the KAREN (the teller )named Lisette decided to say “Did you have this the first WHOLE time , we didn’t have to go through all this and he wouldn’t have had to give his ID” Being very rude and condescending. So I asked for her supervisor and she responded with “I going to call the police!” I asked for the supervisor several time and she continued to refuse and say she was going to call the police. I went inside of the bank asking for the supervisor and one of the tellers refused and said the Manger wasn’t there and gave me a 1-800 number that’s for credit cards . The tellers at this bank is beyond rude and disrespectful and if someone who depositing money in an account requires a SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER to do that is ridiculous and to threatening the police in response of asking for the supervisor is absolutely unacceptable! I didn’t commit a crime nor was I cause a disturbance! I will be contacting corporate or a bank manager regarding this issue !

Why even care for customers!! I don't even understand why they have bankers if all they can tell you is to check it online!! If we have to do everything online then they don't have to pay the bankers they are absolutely worthless and rude!!???

Still has boarded up windows almost a year later and most of the local branches are being closed. Not a good time to be a capital one customer.

Soooo very slow. They have no sense of urgency. Go with atleast an hour of time to spare because you will be there for atleast that long.

Only one branch open in Lake Charles..lines out the door to get anything done in bank. NO desk people to help. Everything goes to the 4 tellers that are open..time to find another bank!
