Went to pick up my truck that I had reserved 2 months ago and was told they have no trucks because the lot full of trucks was broken or reservations. The lady was rude and not even apologetic. Had to try and find something else really quick and pay a huge amount more. Will not go there again.

I have been doing truck rental with them for over 10 years. They have great service and usually a good inventory. You got to reserve with them quick because everyone rents trucks from them and go fast. UPS rents everything they got during the winter surge. David and Alex are the best!

I made a reservation a month in advance only to show up on time to a thoroughly confused clerk telling me my reservation had been canceled. It wasn't canceled, but they didn't have a truck. Thru didn't care at all. I had to drive 1000 miles the next day with all my stuff. Never again

I rented truck weeks ago and now I'm getting a bill that I owe $365 for calling the 1 800 number attached to key. I called for assistance over the phone to help me get the interior light to turn off. Well they sent somebody to a location about an hour and a half later that I did not need nor where I was ever at. I was sent a text that I could not respond to. And Fleetnet employee Pamela Grogsby whom is trying to collect payment needs to take some customer service classes. I did not appreciate her trying to speak over me to explain their way of doing business and that the they are not to ever speak of charges when someone calls the 1800 number.

Booked my truck weeks in advanced for a very stressful move. They literally called 10 minutes before my scheduled pick up to tell me there was no truck. Lesson learned.

The lady behind the counter was horrid. I called the day that I was scheduled to pick up my rental to ask if there would be a fee to pick up the car a later but keep the drop off time the same. The man that answered the phone told me that would be no problem and that there would be no fee since I was not extending the length of the rental, but just voluntarily shortening it. Horrible customer service. Rented online. Given a confirmation number. Showed up to pick up and told no rental available. 'Customer service' representative was beyond rude. Said I should have called first. What is the point of online rental??? She didn't apologize, didn't offer a suggestion, a different date, nothing. Just told us she hates internet rentals. Seriously???? My fiancé and I were so stunned we just stood there with our mouths open. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

Picked up our Budget moving truck today. Not only was it over $200 cheaper then Uhaul, it comes with unlimited miles. There was a gentleman and lady working who were both very nice. They explained everything, made sure there was no damage to the truck, and wished us a safe and happy move. This is our second time using Budget, and I'm pretty sure they will be the only moving truck company we use in the future.
