Trent Jackson and his team including Marie Dallas and others are the best. They put me in a brand new Honda at the best rate and were helpful through the whole process. They made me feel as if I was part of their team! I loved and enjoyed the whole experience. I am so appreciative of everything they have done for me. I'll never go to anybody else when buying a car.

Went into the dealership, met Taylor, told her exactly what I was looking for, didn’t have it on the lot but she did her job very quickly and found just what I was looking for. In no time we were test driving and sealing the deal. Taylor and the staff were very friendly, professional, and I was very pleased.

Brought my car last Tuesday to figure out what was causing a popping noise when driving. First, they thought it was a strut, so I was gonna get that fixed and have my vehicle realigned, and my tires rotated for about $800. Before they went to repair it, the mechanic decided to do a second inspection just in case and figured out it was actually the sway bars that needed fixing. So that took the price down to about $350. Was expected to be finished around Friday, but the wrong part came in, so they had to push it to Tuesday and knocked the price down to around $250 for the inconvenience. It took exactly one week. I know people usually say the dealership likes to steal your money, but it feels like the opposite happened for me. I am very satisfied with the service and my car is fixed.

We were looking into buying a CRV. There was none available to look at the day we came in. They wanted us to put a deposit on one. We asked them several times if the price was going to be the price when it came in and they told us it was going to be. We put the deposit down for one and when it came in it was $4,000 more. The manager was very rude about us wanting to back out of the deal when he first made it seem like it wasn’t going to be a big deal. I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

I had the pleasure of working with Mr. William Litton on a 2022 Honda Accord Sport! Top-notch Salesman And an easy transaction!!As of March 2023, I have since been able to have the privilege of working again with Mr. Litton and Mr. Garon on 2022 Honda Accord Sport 2.0T!! I was wanting to upgrade to the Turbo Charged 2.0 and they took excellent care in making sure it happened!!! Awesome awesome Sales Team!!!!

Audrey Braxton was great to work with at Navarre Honda! I called to question her about an Odyssey van on their website. She was quick to respond and was very informational. She shared with us future inventory coming in and we were able to put a deposit over the phone. She texted us weekly with shipping updates of our van. A truly great experience in buying a van. Audrey listens and takes care of her customers! We are thankful for her :)

The service Dept at Billy Navarre Honda is great! Christina Traxler told me an accurate time estimate, got it in the same day (I called in the morning), and did a great job! They have been consistently good and I’m on my 3rd car from there and rarely have an issue and when I do, Mark, the service mgr addresses it immediately. Thanks Christina!

I would not suggest this place, because my daughter went here to get a car and all this place cares about is making a sale they do not match what the customer makes to what they can afford which is ridiculous if they do not watch it they will lose all kinds of business, my daughter makes $300 a week and they got her in a car where she has to pay over $600 a month, which she's going to end up getting her vehicle repossessed, because she cannot afford the payments, all they care about is making a sale, which is ridiculous because they need to match what the customer makes with how much they can afford a month that is how a good business does business, and they just care about getting their boat or their winter house or whatever not what the customer needs. So if you agree with me, then I suggest you let them know it.

Spoke with someone about a vehicle showing in stock and not pending, it was in fact pending. She was very polite, checked on a few other options. In the end I told her I wasn't interested in the other options and thanked her for her time. She was a little pushy after, but not rude.When I hung up I received a call from the sales manager a few minutes later, he introduced himself and I told him I wasn't interested and he responded oh okay and hung up. No, I'm sorry to bother you, or take care and let us know if we can help in the future, just a dead line.If a customer states that they aren't interested, thanks you for your service and decides to go another route, respect it. If you decide to push beyond that, I can let it slide. But, don't sacrifice your customer service and rudely end a call, when you called me after I already explained that I wasn't interested in other options.This type of behavior proves that your dealership is only about the sale and isn't interested in providing polite service if there isn't a sale in it for the dealers agent. Noone wants to do business with a dealership that accepts behavior like that from its agents.EDIT: After speaking with a supervisor at the dealership I'm changing my review. Everyone can have a bad day and I feel that the issue was promptly and courteously addressed.

I stopped in without an appointment during a trip from Richmond,VA to New Braunfels, TX after the check engine light on our 2012 Crosstour began flashing. Fortunately we made it to our hotel in Lake Charles which was only 15 minutes from the dealership. Vanessa introduced me to Gage upon our arrival. I explained to him every thing that had occured and he agreed to have a tech perform a diagnostic test. The light was no longer flashing so it was surmised that there had been a misfire which had cleared itself. Gage recommended we consider having the plugs replaced if it happened again due to the mileage on the vehicle, almost 108,000. We were out of the dealership inside 1 hour and made it safely to New Braunfels. We then had to travel from New Braunfels to Fort Worth a few days later. Once we got through Waco the engine light began flashing again. Based on Gage's previous feedback I felt comfortable getting to our destination in Fort Worth and making an appointment with the local Honda dealership. They got us in right away to replace the plugs and perform some other routine maintenance which was past due. The entire team at Navarre Honda was very courteous, professional and helpful.
