I came to navarre auto wash( self service). I needed to scrub the bugs from my car and found that at 4 pm there were no bucket and no cleaning juice in the well. I did what I could to clean the front of my $80,000 xts that was purchased from this dealership. I then purchased their best wash and proceeded through, only to come our and vacuum the car and realize that I will be heading home to wash my car and scrub again. I let the attendant know about the issue and was offered Nothkng. I don't expect a freebie but at least provide the expected items to scrub the bugs off. They were polite , but polite won't help me to wash my car at home after their establishment failed me.

I bought a truck 2 months ago, within the first week My check engine light came on. The next week my service parking brake light came on, shortly after that a second code appeared on my check engine light. Then (here's the best part) my ENTIRE DRIVE SHAFT FELL OFF!!!, in the process of fixing that on the side of the road where it happened, I noticed the transmission fluid is completely burnt from neglect, so that's on its way out. No I didn't get the warranty, but I was told this truck went through a thorough inspection so I didn't expect it to completely fall apart a day after my first payment. After 3 weeks of giving me the runaround they told me there was nothing they could do. I even tried to trade it in and buy a different truck with them but they're not giving me any help there either without me having $13,000 down. A guy looked me in my eyes and told me "we don't sell junk here", clearly that's BS. I understand stuff happens, but this is too much and OBVIOUSLY pre-existing.

They took care of my 2022 gmc Sierra Denali which had bad injectors at 4600 miles. Mind Boggling! The truck was purchased in Texas but stopped in Lake Charles. Considering the situation, Navarre did a good job of repairs. There customer service should be more attentive in keeping folks abreast of what is happening. We had to generate the calls to the service department. Secondly, they should be more attentive to their incoming calls. On the day to pick up our vehicle, we called at least 4 different times in 15 minutes. No answer. I realize we are accustomed to larger dealership but generally a car wash and presentation of the vehicle happens. We were just given the keys and told to go get it. These are just suggestions. The car repairs were great!

Moving up to SC from Texas our transmission gave out on our 2020 veloster and Chance went above and beyond with helping us. Had to leave the car there but Chance tried to get us a rental, which didn't work out so then he even helped us get some flights to finish our trip. He even drove us to lunch and the airport. 100% the best dealership experience we've ever had despite the original headache of car troubles. Highly recommend coming here, and don't forget to ask for Chance!

Can't believe anyone would say this outfit is unprofessional. Dropped off my truck this morning and had a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10 professional experience. I had an appointment for diagnostic at 9:30 am. Nice young lady promptly got me signed in. I couldn't even get coffee before Donnie came and got me to discus the issues. He was super nice and knowledgeable. Took another 3 minutes for the shuttle to arrive with another amazingly nice person to drive me to work. It was a total first class operation from the get-go. Oh, and they have parts needed to fix, and I will get back this afternoon. I'm sure all the mechanics are certified to work on my specific newer computerized engine, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better experience this time or any of the times I've been to this service center.

The young lady that helped us was, friendly, and made sure she ordered what we needed as Casey has to go out of state for a two month job. I think if there were more people like her this world would be a happier and better place. Thank you again Stephanie Fournerat, for your Professionalism, and your understanding of the time and need.The other Stephanie, that works the phone is rude, and should not be allowed to work with customers!

Will not buy from there again .do not buy extended warranty. Brought my car in for a recall on high beams . They did recall and what a coincidence that every since then my light take turns work they brought it in said everything was fine had to pay them 89 dollars for a bulb witch they said I could not have No one else change because it will void my warranty . They service tech told me it's nothing they did all they was flip a switch when they did my recall was told I could not go anywhere else for 2nd option it would void my warranty. I called b.s. then it changed I could bring it somewhere, and they did not flip a switch when they did my recall. When I picked my car up I could spot the tech I spoke to just by her demeanor the way she was acting while on the phone with other customer and the way she was talking. I was told my other light is flashing meaning it's going out soon I see no such flash or being. But I was going to get them to change it at the same time .it takes 5 seconds change and I payed a 30 min minimum but was told I have to pay that per bulb . I've been a customer there never had a problem until now I buy every two years but not any more I will go to Ford because they bought every other dealership. Bottom line when my light don't work again in a few days it's going back . And I will not be paying agian

30 minutes just to pull in. Another 30 to figure out how to put the wiper on the back window. Geez, It’s lunchtime guys.
