Bill is the owners name and he is the lead mechanic on all the vehicles. Bill answers the phone when you call and answers your questions . I have has several dealings with Bill and he has repaired my vehicle each time. Bill is honest and trustworthy and is a straight shooter. He does not try to take advantage of you and tells exactly what thonks the problem is and how much the parts are and how much the labor will be. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the place of business is not the best looking place,however what the building and facility lacks in,Bill makes up for! I would recommend Bills bug clinic to anyone and everyone

I've brought two vehicles to Bill for repair. On both occasions he was extremely courteous and transparent (a quality I look for in a mechanic). His prices are very reasonable, and the quality of his work is outstanding. Although he specializes in European imports, he was willing to work on my Honda. Highly recommended!
