Had a rancid catfish fillet included in bag of frozen fillets.called to make the company aware, had to call several times and finally told I would be reimbursed with a coupon.several weeks later I am still waiting.

I've had thr jambalaya and the shrimp gumbo. The first was pretty good aside from the odor when heating. The gumbo, on the other hand, I can't recommend, as the shrimp were not properly cleaned. At least half had the poop still in it.

Omg these boudin balls are a hot mess. Nothing but mush they look nothing like the picture on the box. I had high expectations cause they look good on the box. But I would never buy them again ?

Big Easy Foods should be ashamed of this product! Louisiana style shrimp gumbo? Picture on box shows large pieces of shrimp but you could only find a couple of very small pieces of what can only be assumed to be shrimp. Green peppers were no where to be found. Sad, very sad! Greed is ugly and Big Easy Foods is one of those companies that truly are ugly. And greedy. And liars. And use false advertising on their packaging. Will not buy again and I promise, if I am in the store when someone is looking at this product, I will definitely be telling them to buy someone else's product. Big Easy Foods are not worth the price. Do the right thing.

Hi I am from Phoenix arizona, I discovered your pork and sausage jambalaya, red beans and rice at the 99 cent store, which I think the price was $2.99, or 3.99, it is very tasty ,delicious ,spicy and flavorful, I know someone commented about very little meat but, at the one store that I go to in Phoenix and in Tempe there's plenty of meat and rice in the dishes.Thank you! I'll continue to buy your products

We had the crawfish etouffe and the shrimp gumbo and we needed a magnifier glass to see the crawfish and the shrimp. False advertising when the picture on the carton has big crawfish and shrimp. It should be called rice with mini-mini crawfish and shrimp.

They donated a whole bunch of sausage for a benefit for my grandpa who recently passed away. Very generous and good company. Also sausage tasted very good

I ordered $250 worth of food. I never received anything. I called many times no one ever answered. I still call every month or so. This was a year and half ago. I've emailed also several times and never received a response. GREAT COMPANY

If I could give any constructive criticism to this company it would be that consistency is key. Your product isn't necessarily cheap to be playing hit or miss. Eventually, folks that are turned on to your product will find that out. Because I know the idea is if we lose a few here and there; we gain a few here and there. It's a balancing act. But I mean if they can't even cook rice.. that's a whole new level.Misleading labels is another. Example, the Chicken & Sausage Gumbo, has 6 pieces of sausage on the cover. There's typically either one or two pieces inside the bowl ( 3 if you're lucky and the quality is questionable - a lot of the time it's the consistency of salami and has a rancid smell and tast ) the chicken as well, a lot of the time is old and dried out even after being cooked in the flood of watery soup.Also the rice, again, on multiple occasions have been *bullets* even after 5 minutes in the microwave, you couldn't eat it if you tried.Both the product mentioned above and the red beans and rice with sausage have had similar issues.There's obviously potential in your product and it can be good when it's good, but consistency is a tough one.

All in all it's amazing, I've only had it once but that one time is all it took for me it has spice flavor and that Louisiana heat everybody supposedly looks for. I just went today and bought two of each flavor so yes I recommend this to anybody who likes jambalaya or red beans and rice ? peace kid ❤️
