“I always go into this location and they are always so helpful, however today put them over the top!I went in and asked for a bulb for one of my blinkers, Jeff, one of the managers, pulled it up and found it in store for me. Before he rang me up he asked to look at my car to see if he would be able to get to it to change it for me (I was prepared to do it myself)..he pulled out the old bulb and noticed that it wasn't bad but instead it was just loose and therefor had a bad connection. He cleaned it out and tightened it back up for me and he even checked all my other lights and blinkers before I left AND DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!! I will forever continue to use this Prien Lake location :)”

“Awesome staff. I had gotten color for 2017 dodge challenger from another store, but the CERAMIC GRAY was wrong. I swore that CERAMIC GRAY was not color as dealership said it was DESTROYER GRAY. The lady who helped me showed me that both colors where identical. I showed her color from other store where I put 4 coats and didn't match color as way to light. She used machine to get color. It was CERAMIC GRAY. She mixed up 8oz. of paint and it matched perfectly. I highly recommend TASCO as she not only was professional but was very patient and price very reasonable.”

Well they sold me the battery but all 3 workers were clueless about how to change to battery. They told me to go watch you tube videos. “We've purchased seven cars from Lake Charles Toyota. Needless to say we are very happy with the cars, the sales staff, finance, and service. Today I had a minor problem after having an oil change this week. Some push pins popped out of the cover under my car where oil filters are changed. I called and spoke with Sandi in the service department. I was concerned and told her I didn't feel comfortable driving the 60 miles with this cover hanging down. She suggested I take it in to a local Toyota service center and to notify her if there would be any charges. She would do her best to take care of it. In the end, my part was fixed and I did not get charged, but Sandi had all the paperwork done and waiting for my call. That's excellent customer service. Thank you Sandi and Lake Charles Toyota.”
