Those store has a huge selection of products. It is a very clean store. I will definitely make the drive from Texas to shop there again!!

I’ve never been to a beauty supply store where the staff was so genuinely nice & helpful! Also they had so many products on clearance I almost bought everything lol. I wish they had staff & sales like this in Texas where I live. I’ve been licensed 17 years & this is the best experience I’ve had at an Armstrong McCall

THEY DON’T LIKE BLACK PEOPLE!!!!I went into this store with a friend of mine who is a stylist, licensed cosmetologist, and African American, just as I am. However, the man working behind the counter was watching us like we were going to rob him at gun point. It was so obvious and nerve racking that I told my friend that I didn’t want to buy anything from there and the professional products I was looking for, I would purchase in Texas. He wasn’t suspicious of any of the white people coming in and out of the store at all. It was just us. I felt like my ancestors may have felt in the 50’s when they tried to eat at a local diner and was told to get out or go to the back door or was let known that they just down right were Not welcomed! I’m Never going back again!

Been here once and I had a lady be unbelievably rude. Plus she didn't even now her products. Told me they Paul Mitchell didn't make the product I was looking for. Found it on Google after I left.

I really love this store!! But I am not a fAn of the new hours for Saturday. Sometimes that's the only day I can make it. 9-12? Why even open then?? So. Ow I have to go to salon centric instead. And honestly I like Armstrong better. So I'm sure a lot of hair dressers are feeling the same as me. Not a good business choice. Just saying.
