“I just an excellent experience with the manager Kim; whoever hired her is brilliant because that woman is a real deal treasure! I’m a truck driver that came in to deliver at 6am but no one was in receiving yet. Kim walked in the room, interacted with kindness, put her bags down, and started solving problems with the highest level of calmness I think I’ve ever seen. During my delivery I observed her interact with probably 10 employees and three truck drivers. She was polite, calm, respectful, focused, responsive to her employees requests, and thoughtful about what she was doing. Kim, OUTSTANDING!!! I was the door delivery guy.”

“I was referred to Matt’s appliances by several people who had done business with them in the past, I went and found a washer and dryer that i had liked however upon receiving said washing machine I noticed something was off with it and after receiving a phone call from Mr Matt personally in regards to this matter and how he could make it right and he did in fact do just that and he gave me a great deal on a brand new set. I deeply admire the dedication and hard work these men put In to assure that they serve SWLA proud and with integrity in mind. And a quick side note also, if you ever have the pleasure of getting to meet mr glen upon delivery he is phenomenal!”
