11/28/23 2:36pm Just called to check the initial cost of a tech coming out to take a look at my washer, and the rude woman Jenny or J-something on the phone delivered the most expensive price I've ever heard. $109.95 - $129 "dEpEnDiNg on yoUr aDdReSs". That 1 phone call alone let's me know I'll never visit or recommend this place to anyone. Rude to a nice potential customer? Someone's too comfortable at their job. Definitely lost this customer!

Very unprofessional in my opinion. The gentleman didn’t even pull out my fridge. Was there for about 15 minutes. Didn’t hear from anyone for days and then put me on the phone with a Chatty Cathy giving all excuses of why they wouldn’t waste the time repairing my $4k fridge for an estimate repair cost of $600. Almost seems like they want to collect $100 diagnostic fee and but not actually repair the fridge.Edit: If the conversation this morning was as informative as the response to the bad review or there was any offer to actually do the repair, it would not have warranted a 2nd opinion or the bad review. Thanks but No Thanks. We will take our business elsewhere.Service: Refrigerator repair
