I brought my dog for her first visit and had a great experience. Everything was done in a timely manner and every employee is so sweet. They are not pushy and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend them.

The vet tech was extremely professional and informative. She understand how to assist with my dog and she was extremely kind and interactive to help Harley feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr Harper and Courtney Cornwell to all animal parents.

Never again, my dog screamed in pain when they put an IV. The girl couldn't hold him good enough and the needle came out so they had to do it again only for them to hurt him even more. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!
I'm giving them a 1 because it won't let me give them a zero ! They told us he had a 50/50 chance he'll survive the weekend, 2 weeks later, no call to check on him or to see if he had passed. Seems like they don't care.

I recently relocated and wanted to find a vet near by. I established a first time visit for my dog. It was an easy task to do online. They contacted me to confirm my appointment, as well as send an email. When I came in the place was clean. The staff was friendly. It took no time at all to go into a room. I also addressed some concerns with the vet. She was amazing. Visiting the vet makes my dog nervous. The vet and her staff got down on the ground and took their time with him. They finally gained a little trust and he gave them a quick kiss on their hand. Seeing this made me so at ease. I already feel terrible that my dog can make a simple task more difficult. They made certain that it was ok, and they took the time to work with him instead of just dismissing him. Thank you so much to the vets and staff for listening to my concern, and addressing it appropriately. Thank you for taking time to truly love your job! It definitely shows.
