The manager at the store Mrs. Connie was very helpful in the process. She’s made the experience very wonderful and she is very patient and knowledgeable of her sets and what works well together and is mindful of your budget. First place I went to gave me a bad experience and I’m glad we chose to come here and left me with a great memory.

I purchased my engagement ring and had it shipped to the store, but at the time I did not have it sized. I brought it back in to have it sized, and I was told that they would contact me to verify the estimate before they went ahead and sized it. Two weeks later, I had no phone calls from them so I contacted the store. The lady that answered the phone was ugly and very rude to me when I said nobody had called me. I have no missed calls on the day she said they called. She said that they don’t leave voicemails and they don’t do follow-up calls. So this store has had my engagement ring for two weeks, holding it, with no contact and the person on the phone was absolutely ugly to me. The estimate was $150 to have a ring sized a half of a size down. I find this to be outrageous on top of how rude the employee was to me. So I asked to have my ring sent back to me and I will never ever purchase anything from Zales ever again.

On 7/20/24 I had a bad experience at the Zales in Acadiana Mall store. The 2nd time and me and my wife purchase here regularly. Salesperson Keisha closed the gates in me and my wife’s face for her lunch when we were there to pick up her ring that was already paid for ($6,000) and when we returned 45 minutes later she put a couple ahead of us and was sassy in doing so. The other salesperson Charmaine who we originally purchased the ring with wanted to wait on us and she told her no help the other couple who came in behind us. Eventually after waiting another 30 minutes Charmaine was able to help us. I will have to go to another store to by my jewelry where people are treated equally. Charmaine gets 5 stars for her service. Keisha gets a negative 5 for her rude mouth and behavior

Zales in the acadiana mall is the perfect place to shop for jewelry the employees shermaine ans keisha are very attentive and they were a big help in picking our forever rings.

Had a wonderful experience picking out a graduation ring with Keisha . She was very attentive, really listened to what was important to me in a design and made suggestions based on that. She was not trying to push anything on me but made me feel comfortable with whatever decision I made. I would definitely go back if I had any other jewelry needs in the future .
