Service is painfully slow. Over the last few months the speed of service has decreased significantly. I was giving the benefit of the doubt before posting, but it has now been 2+ months that I go through the drive thru and have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for transactions. Today, I waited a few minutes before someone acknowledged me and took what I put in the tube. Then, I waited 30 minutes and watched 4 people drive up and away before someone finally came back to ask if I was waiting on something. They then sent me my deposit slips. I was in the drive thru for 32 minutes total. Very disappointing.

My account was transferred there bc Midsouth closed. I miss Midsouth! Hancock Whitney has employees that honestly don't care about the customer. For example, when asking about their overdraft policies because I was a new customer. I was met with a very rude man talking down to me about how I shouldn't let it go negative. Well, no duh, I never intend to but it happens to everyone sometimes. But I had to ask like 5 times and he kept talking me in circles without asking my question and trying to put the blame onto me for hypothetical over drafting situations. And don't get me started on the loans. I got a personal loan. READ THE FINE PRINT! I was never told this but apparently in the doc they have given themself "the right" to pull money from any other accounts you have with them if they see fit to put towards your loan. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF ANY BANK DOING THAT. That is the final straw for me. Horrible. Goodbye Hancock.

Very friendly and punctual service. The vice president (I'm sorry but I forgot her name) really helped me out. I needed signature certification and was sent here from another branch. She was very friendly and took care of me without me having to wait too long. She really helped me out. This is what you need from your bank, someone you can count on in your time of need.

Unfortunately, I wanted to like this experience but that did not occur. The wait in the drive through line for a single vehicle was 15 minutes. To find out that non account holders attempting to cash a check from one of their bank members incurs a $9 fee. They are certainly free to participate in poor business practices as I am free to leave an honest review and take business elsewhere.

Jane Lee will do anything for commission. Ran my credit after I told here don’t fo anything until I let her know. Score went down 5 points. What if I need the points to get a house? I would have been stuck out. She also said she was gonna get it off but did nothing

My experience opening a checking account here was practically flawless. The level of professionalism was no less than spactacular. I've dealth with this bank my whole career, just to cash payroll checks.Seems like it just keeps getting better!

I wrote myself a personal check from my other account at a different bank to deposited it in my business account. The check was uploaded and approved on the mobile app (2nd), but will be held until the 8th. They could not provide a reason for the check taking 6 days to clear. Their only response is that I should have deposited in person. No way to speed up the process even through I’m personal guaranteeing the check. Also any overdrafts will still be charged to my account.

I went into this bank to deposit a large sum of money. Hoping to open a checking account. I was denied a checking account because my credit score is average. So I said well how about I place it in a savings account instead? I was denied a savings account. However they said I could open a checking account with a $12 month service charge. But the amount I was going to deposit technically exceeds the amount that a service charge is required. So I should get free checking account with this amount. But he said due to my credit history the bank doesn’t want to risk a loss. So I wonder why I was declined a savings account. The bank cannot lose money if I put my money in a savings account. I left there disgusted. I did however find another bank that was very happy to open a free checking account and a savings account with that amount of money. Like wow Whitney Hancock. You can’t survive business turning that kind of money away based on a credit history.
