Walmart Supercenter is a local store for many customers, offering a wide range of items from small to large sizes where shoppers can save money. The store has been recently renovated, providing a better ambience than before. Customers appreciate the convenience of finding everything in a timely manner and note that some associates are helpful and friendly at checkout. However, significant criticisms focus on customer service, which is frequently described as horrible, poor, rude, and dismissive. There are serious allegations of customers being falsely accused of stealing, threatened, and even held captive for hours after closing without police involvement, leading to feelings of being harassed, ridiculed, and attacked. Some customers report ongoing harassment during subsequent visits. The store's northern entrance is also criticized as an afterthought, with a single lane entry and exit, though the garden center provides an alternative when accessible. For groceries, the store offers online ordering with free pickup and same-day delivery for Walmart+ members, featuring the same low in-store prices, no mark-ups, and acceptance of SNAP EBT cards. The service includes a Freshness Guarantee, organic produce, and associates who hand-pick items, bringing orders to customers' cars.
The pickup is hit or miss. Calling if you have any issues is typically the way to go (call till they answer vm does nothing). I always find what I need though in store. It's a Walmart- it lives up to its experience.

Found everything in a timely manner and the cashier smiled as she rang up my items. This is my local Walmart so it is the one I go to all the time but in the area I would prefer to go to this location over any other
