I called to make sure my prescription was ordered correctly to show that I am paying cash (because insurance doesn’t cover this med for me) and I couldn’t even get verification that it was set for cash payment. They said that it’s “too soon to fill” but they literally told me the exact same thing when I tried to fill it the very first time ever. I had to call my insurance myself to find out it actually needed PA, but the PA was denied so I paid cash and thought it would just show I’d pay cash from now on. I can’t help but wonder if history is repeating itself. I called again, and when explaining the situation to the person who answered the phone. I told her that I wanted to make sure it shows I’m paying cash and she suddenly says “she can’t change anything”. She says she is going to check with the pharmacist and then came back and said “the pharmacist said you’ll have to wait..”. I have to wait for someone to tell me it’s not being sent for insurance to pay? No. I have to wait for someone to realize they messed up (again) and then get it fixed. Why couldn’t I speak with the pharmacist? I see other people commenting that they spoke with one but the pharmacist working today seem as though they didn’t want to be bothered. I’m transferring my meds to a different pharmacy once this cluster**** is fixed. It’s quite obvious that NOBODY employed throughout the entire Walmart building is happy to be there.

The pharmacist, Jessica, and her team were absolutely amazing. My boyfriend went to 2 other major competitors for what should have been a simple refill and it took nearly a week for them to finally get somewhere and then they sold out of the medication he needed. Jessica and his team worked on the issue until they got not one, but TWO of the critical medications for him filled and covered on his insurance. I wish I could remember everyone's names, but I do remember Ms. Karen. She is so sweet, and if you get her at pick up, you're definitely going to get a smile.

I just wanna say thanks to the pharmacists at this store. I fully got two doses of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine here, and the pharmacists here are so helpful on that: friendly and professional! Especially Jami, Shane, and two pharmacists (I forgot their names) who helped me with the registration & injection process. I appreciate all of your help!

Told me my medication was ready via text. I showed up to pick it up, then was told to go sit and wait while they go grab it, they'll call my name when ready. 25 minutes later, I walk up to check why it was taking so long. "Oh it's ready." Friendly service; inefficient system.
