Terrible customer service. It’s like going into the DMV. On two occasions they have told me they have my prescription in stock, then when they get the script, its out of stock with no idea when it will be back in. They wont answer the phone to ask questions, and when you go in person they treat you like trash. Terrible location. Although, its to be expected from a big chain with no local ties. Too bad local pharmacies don’t carry more scripts. Two stars instead of one just becuase I have, on occasion, gotten a prescription filled here.

Stop to Walgreens on Moss st at 730am.on 1/31/24.Store wasn't open for business yet two team members was just going in.I ask one of them if they were open and she told me that they will open at 8am.Hours of operation clearly state that they open for 7am.

The WORST ! They're lazy don't wanna look up info for insurance, every time I call the day they tell me..when i do its a different date im fed up and most definently will be finding a different pharmacy

This pharmacy is going to get somebody unalived they way they are incompetent getting a prescription filled. People need their meds and idiots are working there sadly, like the caramel complexion man. These people need to pick another career. Have your prescriptions transferred somewhere else, fair warning.

Customer Service is the worse!! Never have prescription ready as showm on app, claims never got it, claims app is messed up.... over all rude!! And the worker that is working window with extra long dreads... no reason for her to be employed!!

This is honestly the worst pharmacy I have experienced. They hang up on you. They don’t know what they are doing. They actually lie about what’s in their system and then the next time you call and finally get through it’s a different story that contradicts the first. They are rude. They do not care. The don’t acknowledge you. I can’t believe I still go there. I am going to do research to switch bc it’s infuriating and I feel like I am going crazy trying to get medicine.

Worst Walgreens pharmacy. Incompetent. They are either rude and hang up on you or polite and lie about what they have submitted or what is in the system. Most recently We have had to call them 5 times for one prescription because they kept changing their story. I'm sad to say this is not one experience. This is every time we have to go through them. Please stay away

Terrible customer service. Employees enjoy embarrassing customers and laughing at them. Oscar and Daie are not good representatives of Walgreens.

Waited at the window for.5 mins called the store waited 3 mins before someone picked up the phone waited at the window for another five mins for them to give me my medicine poor and rude service
