I wish i could say something nice about the black lady that was scoping me out. She made it very obvious she was watching me. Made sure she made her presence known by walking down same isle i was looking at some items. She till i was heading to cash register and then went to her register making it obvious that she could see what i had in my hands. I made hard for her to do so by having all items in 1 hand. I saw her looking right at my hands. When she couldnt really tell she headed to the cashier where i was at and stood behind her to confirm items. I'm a gov't contractor i dont need to steal anything. I love Walgreens over other stores. Ma'am you need to do better at your job. Ty

Misty the manager on pinhook and her staff are awesome I just left the store and she was so helpful when it came to me checking out and insuring I got my register rewards. I was greeted when I walked in the store and greeted when I left. Customer service was awesome! Store was clean the complete opposite of 2700 Johnston street store their customer workers are kind but the male manager and female are so rude.

Zero customer service. The cashier didn't greet or say thank you when I checked out. Waited for her 2-3 minutes before she came to the register to check me out. There was only a customer in the store. Happy I'm only visiting the city. Guess she having a bad day

The team there was professional and nice. I'm glad they had the stuff that I was looking for my daughter. Plus they even had some new Mamba candy.

Wonderful customer service!!! Ms. Sherry I believe makes the store great! Her customer service is phenomenal!!! Today she was the only person in the front of the store. She kept a smile on her face as she was stocking, then came to help me with a Door Dash at the photo center. Also, she helped another customer at the Photo center patiently. Next she checked out at least 5 people including me all with a smile on her face and wonderful customer service and patiently. She even knew some of her previous customers by name! All this in about 15 minutes of me being there. I commend her for her excellent service and dedication ?. I just watched her in awe. Not used to seeing this anymore. Such an outstanding employee.Thank you for your great customer service. ?? I just met her today and will go back more often just because of it!Thank you??

I really want to give no stars but that’s not an option, I called to see if they had a pink eye medicine for my daughter and instead of just checking stock they pulled her prescription to their store. So they told me they don’t have it in stock, which is fine but because they pulled it (w/o permission) it wasn’t ordered at the first store. So today calling the first dote they let me know pinhook pulled it and that’s why they couldn’t order it. So I call pinhook to have them send it back, they tell me I have to go to the original store to ask them to pull it back to the original store so I can bring it elsewhere. That’s not true. It was a called in prescription there was no getting it in hand, I had to reach out to the doctor. So I waited in line at the original store for thirty minutes to find all this out. Now, her pink eye medicine won’t come till Monday ???? and I’m supposed to call AGAIN TO HAVE IT SENT WHERE IT NEVER SHOULDVE LEFT

Unprepared vaccine COVID booster was in the freezer and that added an additional 20 mins to a 25 minute registration and waiting period. Dirty screen at counter. Obstruction in front of COVID check in counter. No gel antiseptic nearby. Inaccessible behind screen at counter.

I travel to Lafayette for work 15-20 times a year & have done so since 2012. I've never come here and found anyone that resembles and employee that likes their job. I know there are jobs out there and you knew where you were going to work and what you'd be doing when you went online and applied to work here. If it's that bad - and maybe it is? Go work somewhere else. The female checking folks out tonight didn't say a word to me. I normally force them to speak by asking how their day is, etc, but tonight I just stayed silent. So did she. Sera sera.

Went to this location on Saturday, April 16 and when I tell you these are the rudest workers I’ve encountered at a Walgreens. Not a soul spoke to me while there and top of that the lines were backed up at the register. No one made an attempt to assist the cashier but people are casually walking around as though nothing’s going on. Please retrain or resign. It’s simple. You don’t have to like your job but be mindful of customer service.

Hedi in pharmacy is rude and horribly unprofessional. Her attitude is repulsive and cold. She will argue with the customer instead of looking for the information which is her job. Ill never go there again. Someone like Hedi in pharmacy should not have a professional job as her work ethic and tone is COMBATIVE.
