Slower than slow. Staff is rude and don't know their asses from a hole in the ground. This pharmacy will give you homicidal thoughts and make you curse like a sailor.

Made an appointment in advance for a COVID booster at this location & brought the paperwork they requested be completed in advance but didn't bring my physical vaccine card since I thought my LDH SMART Health Card would be sufficient. When told it wasn't I offered to pull up a photo of the original card which took a minute to locate. Was told curtly to step aside to find the photo while another customer with no appointment & 4 in their party was being checked in (reluctantly, with several comments from staff re. how busy they were although no other customers were in sight). Stepped up with the photo, was ignored, asked after a couple of minutes if someone could complete my check-in, was told to get in line, canceled appointment & left. Dealt with the pharmacist on duty & 2 other pharmacy staff, all of whom seemed tired & ranged from low-level unpleasant to downright rude. Won't be going back, which I doubt will be much of a blow to the pharmacy folks, but just felt like leaving some feedback for whoever's interested.

Christi the pharmacist was extremely disrespectful. I will no longer be filling my prescriptions here and I highly suggest you switch to any other pharmacy too if you don’t want to deal with a employee belittling you . She was excessfully disrespectful while I was being polite as possible the whole time. The Walgreens on johnston and south college are great and the pharmacists have always been very nice to me.

These Pharmecy has the worst and bothersome, every time I bring a fully legal scripts, or going to get my refill either want to the doctor or the insurance company to validate a full valid and legal script with the doctor after hours, if they don’t get a fax or call back, they refuse to fill it. They are licensed to to do this and they refuse for no valid reason. Or they act as if they went to the medical school simply they don’t think the Medical Doctor should have not written this script.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever visited. They are slow and very rude. I went tonight to pick up a prescription that was filled last on January 29th 2019. Today is the 28th of February 2019. He kept telling me sir this is a controlled substance. I told him that I took one on January 29th, 30th, 31st, and first 27 days of February. They refused to look at common sense approach just because computer said it was to early to pick up.

This Walgreens is a very nice store and very clean. The staff here are very friendly. If your picking up your prescription at the Drive thru, sometimes the line can be long at times. Since the Location is at Ambassador Caffrey & Congress it's a very busy store.

This store is open 24 hours, however the pharmacy section is not. The pharmacy wait times are not too bad except when they are very busy. I've seen wait times as long as 45 minutes. Try to avid it at peak times for fastest service. The store is a pretty standard Walgreen's. They have a lot of makeup and body care products. A large selection of OTC medication and some basic food items. They also have a pretty nice seasonal section that changes with the upcoming holiday.

Okay you've got one lady who's doing the couponing at the register. But the line is building up behind her. Instead of opening another register the manager is just letting it build up and not doing anything. The the register in the Cosmetics Department is closed the register in the photo department also. I am not sure if this is their new policy to only have one person work in the evenings while a manager is oblivious to what's going on. But if it is then that policy needs to change quick fast and in a hurry. I was in line for so long with my one item I put it back and left the store and I was not the only one.
