Cross this location off of your list; it may as well not exist. I have never seen it open. I have gone well within the operating hours each time. I am in the parking lot right now, it is 1:37 PM, and their sign says they will re-open at 2:45 PM. This is EVERY TIME and always random times! Why??

I don’t know how this keeps happening, but every single time I come here — morning or afternoon, or any day of the week- the staff is always on break. It's beyond frustrating. If this is a pattern, management seriously needs to reevaluate how they’re scheduling or monitoring operations.

Horrible!!! Went three different times to try to mail something off. Every time the closed sign was up telling me they were on lunch break!!!!
Very annoying they need new staff asap
