I wish I could give 0 stars. The only thing this post office does consistently is deliver the wrong mail to the wrong mailbox/address. I continuously receive my neighbor’s mail. I checked my box today (we have cluster boxes. The numbers on the boxes are unmistakable, ie. the mail carrier is simply careless & doesn’t give a damn about accuracy) & had a key for the larger box. I thought, Yay! My package has arrived!! No… it was for one of my neighbors. My package HAS been delivered, according to the tracking. So, I have no clue who has, and is probably enjoying, my gourmet popcorn! What’s even worse, the numbers are not even close on the addresses that are being switched!! This tells me that the mail carrier is simply not paying attention!!!!!! I wonder what the penalty is for careless mail carriers who consistently deliver to the wrong address??

Unprofessional, never deliver packages on time. They keep your packages and don’t send them out but send them back to the sender. Makes no sense. Get it together !

I had a picture shipped and insured for $500. When it arrived at my friend in California the picture frame was broken and glass shattered which led to water painting being scratched and torn. My friend took picture of box, before she opened it, because of the outside damage and could hear the scattered glass move around. She opened it taking pictures if each stage. To reveal the damaged art work. Called post office to make a claim and was told claim could not be made until 2 weeks after delivery. So my friend removed picture and kept box but through away all broken glass. When 2 week's went buy she was told she would have to bring picture still in box with all broken glass in it. She had already thrown away glass but had pictures that she took of broken glass. Post office refuses to acknowledge claim due to broken glass being discarded. Even though she had pictures of where package was left by door and the clear damage to box, packaging being opened and showing all damage. No one told us that when we called the day of receiving picture. They only told us that claims cannot be made until 2 weeks after delivery. Orginal water color ruined. Was also able to take screen shots of picture on internet and price it sells for. Not happy with this situation.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT let them deliver your packages! Chances are they're either stolen or they will never bring them to you and you have to try to get it yourself without a doggone ride and you have to put in so many redeliveries to hopefully get your mail or packages!!! Very unprofessional people!!!

I think that my experience here was great. Especially after seeing the customers that they have to deal with. It’s not the employees that are rude it’s some of the customers. I think they do their best and definitely work very hard..

Why do my packages keep getting "missent" by y'all?! I live in Maurice, it's literally one town over, how do y'all keep sending every fifth package to the wrong post office?

I love doing business at this location! I've always experienced professionality. An overall welcoming experience each time. I am happy there are great mail clerks here. Getting passport services done was also fast and very easy.

My mailbox has a lock on it, and somehow the key was misplaced. My daughter paid to get the lock changed and was told that it would be a few weeks for this to happen. Well a few weeks turned into about a month or a little more. I ordered a package which was delivered to my mailbox on Nov 15, according to the email I received. At the time of supposed delivery, the lock still had not been replaced. It was finally replaced on Nov 17th or 18th. When I go to check the mail, my package is not in there. On November 19th I call to report the missing package and was told that an investigation would have to be done. No return call after the initial call back and the number used to call me was a non working number; I could not reach anyone when calling the number back for a follow-up. Fast forward to Nov 24th, we fet a knock on the door, someone brought my package stating that it was on their box. I then get an email form the post office saying that the matter was solved. The GOE showed that the package was scanned to my address and that if it's not there then it must have been stolen. How?!?!?! Out of a locked box?
