TERRIBLE! Getting ready to loose a job bc driver did not come on Mardi Gras and ASSUMED we were closed. All of our overnight deliveries did not arrive! Says business was closed....why would I pay for overnight shipping if I am going to be closed? RIDICULOUS!

Extremely rude and refused to get my very important package that they admitted was at the location when I had no other time to pick it up. Very lazy and disrespectful employees and extremely poor management for letting them act this way. The place looks like a dump with trash all over, trucks blocking the parking lot, workers smoking, Playing around, and doing nothing productive. If I could give no stars, I would. Now my package will be returned to sender if I can't find anyone to pick it up for me, if they even let someone else pick it up.

I have never had a more dehumanizing customer service experience. My driver said that since my package wasn’t on the truck I could call a number and go pick it up till 9 pm. I got hung up on three times but managed to find out my package had made it back to the facility, when I got there no one would help me get my package and I had two people lie to my face about hanging up the phone. Neither the “superior” or “customer center is clerk” were willing to actually help me, or even tell me their names. I’m up in the middle of the night unable to sleep thinking about that whole interaction. I can’t believe that anyone would let their customers be treated the way I was. I’d just like to thank UPS and its employees for treating me like dirt.

UPS has been holding my package for almost 2 weeks now and will not deliver it to me or tell me where it is. I assume one of the drivers stole it and they should be fired for that.

I’ve been waiting on my package for four days now I keep tracking it keep saying headed to the destination it’s 7:20 my package still ain’t here I’m getting know answer when I call I’m going up there tomorrow morning it’s gonna be a misunderstanding behind my package I’m not playing games when I get up there for my package

I’m beyond fed up with this UPS. This is the 4th package I’ve had trouble with in a row. From receiving notification that y’all attempted delivery despite not having anyone show up to my home, to being delivered to the wrong house. To make matters worse, y’all have repeatedly made me late on my medication, and now surgical equipment. It makes no since that FedEx and USPS can do it but UPS can not. I wish it were easier to boycot UPS because y’all are messing with lives. Then y’all try to hold the sender accountable as if they’re the ones delivering it to the wrong address. Every package that has been recovered has the correct address. A pathetic business

I have ALS a ramp in front my house lots of medical supplies delivered. My delivery person is aware I can barely walk & talk yet leaves 6 heavy packages on my porch without knocking. Next day on next delivery I tried to talk to her she yelled at me from the truck! Then drove Off. I'm a veteran just at a loss

Dilvered my inventory for my business. To the wrong apartment. Filled a claim. They took a picture of where it was delivered. Which I sent picture them my porch . Which you can clearly see it not the same. The always mess up. They hire people that can't even readI am trying to get some one to help. But only get a the stupid voice on the phone. Can't get switched to a a live person.

I paid extra to have a very important package expedited to my door. When it didn't get delivered on time, I tracked it only to find out they had marked it as "undeliverable" because of some made up security reason. I contacted customer service. They said I would be contacted within an hour. They never called. I called back today and they've now put my package on hold for pickup. If I could pick up the package, I never would have had it shipped in the first place. The only thing the representative could do was, again, put in a message for them to contact me. I'm not going to hold my breath, though. If I ever have a choice of what shipping company to use, it won't be UPS. My package is now over a day late and I have no idea when I will get it or if I'll get it all.

I paid $12 extra for a UPS nightmare. I had a package being delivered that required a signature, so I paid extra for them to redirect the package to the UPS store.Instead, they redirected it to the UPS customer service headquarters that is closed on Saturdays. So I come out my way on Monday, but they closed from 1-4pm everyday. Tomorrow is Mardi Gras and they'll probably be closes again. Why they couldn't just deliver it to the UPS store down the street?Update ..I came back at 5:30 p.m. the lady at the desk was very nice. I changed my review to three stars .

I dont understand how a job so easy can be made that hard. My medication was being shipped because its unavailable at pharmacies near me and its cheaper. It was routed wrong and now im trying to find my medication because without it, as a diabetic, its a life threatening situation. Its absolutely ridiculous. Now the medication will be no good by the time its delivered and i hooe i van get a replacement or im out money. I will be using FedEx or even USPS.

On November 13th I placed an order for a Bose System and tracked it until the 16th which showed it was delivered BUT NOT to my home. I filed a claim and still in progress… I’ve ordered another one on December 2nd hoping to get it here. Today is 12/07/22 my husband and I went to UPS on 115 Commission Blvd. Lafayette, La.70508. We told the clerk about what took place with our first one. We didn’t want it to happen again. My husband wrote down the directions to our home and phone number. She was going to go and bring it to her supervisor. Same thing again showing it’s been delivered to my home and left at front door… DID NOT HAPPEN AGAIN!!!What’s the deal UPS? Where are the packages being left at?
