Do NOT go to this location! Just walked in to ship 2 packages and was told "we close in 10 minutes - would you please go to another store?" This is my second bad experience here - the employees seem upset they are asked to work. I will not be back! UPS will not get my business.

I've had pleasant experiences with the employees at this store, but my interactions with the owner have always been uncomfortable. He is sometimes abrasive with customers, but even more so with his employees. My least favorite thing, and this may be personal preference, are the arbitrary rules the owner applies -- for example, he charges $2 for printing a label on standard 8x11 paper, while any other print is ¢60. I agree that business owners have latitude to charge whichever prices they wish, but enforcing price tiers based on content somehow feels capricious.

Unfriendly staff, there were 4 employees that I could see & I was the only customer, I was having trouble printing a label & told them that I would just got to the UPS store on Johnston St, Lafayette, La, again not acknowledged & was offered no assistance. I forget why I stopped using them store on James Comeaux, but My memory came right back. I'd like to leave zero stars, PITIFUL!!!!!!

Employees were very helpful with my Amazon return. i had picked whole foods to return my stuff and didn’t know how to change it. Ethan showed me how to fix it and he did a great job!

They really enjoyed not being able to assist me with document or notary services. There was a several hour wait for spiral binding 50 sheets of paper, and they refused to notarize a document because it was a government document. Absurd. This was at 9 AM on Monday 8/23/2021. I subsequently had these services completed with ease at Fedex and At Your Service respectively.
