I needed a new battery for my watch and a few links out of a another one. Less than $20, done in 10 minutes. Definitely recommend this little kiosk outside of Macy's in Acadiana Mall.

Sent my watch in to be repaired, I received it and the chronograph didn't work. The owner refused to acknowledge it was broken in their service. He started treating me like an idiot and began using a bunch of non-relevant analogies to describe the situation. I asked if he would have it repaired for free out of courtesy - he refused. As I was arguing with him several customers overheard and left the booth. At this point he began raising his voice and talking over me, then his employee joined in to double-header their yelling effort. The owner told me to "shut-up" when I tried to argue back and they didn't quiet down until I told them that they need to calm down and act professionally. In the end I got screwed, they wouldn't repair the chronograph without quoting me $50-$60. They wouldn't give me a refund for the original repair which was $20. 0/10 would not not return. Would consider actively canvassing against this business, that's how pissed I am.
