“My boss had a truck big U-Haul truck towed to Lafayette, Louisiana by this company. The drivers namewas Nick. I couldn't believe how he handled not only the tow, but maneuvering the truck into a most unlikely spot. Never complaining or 'giving up'. Great driver, grseat company. I highly recommend their services.BTW, absolutely no damage to the towed truck either!”
“I had an accident and my vehicle had to be impounded at Rick Stone. It stayed there for quite a while before I could get the money together, but they were always very nice and they were worked with me very well and even helped me to save just a bit to help out in these this hard economic period we all face. It was very neat clean and organized of a business and it actually looks like my vehicle came out cleaner on the outside than it did go in and lol. Very quick and easy service to retrieve your vehicle after it's been continuous storage. They deserve a five-star.”

“Broke down right in front of a busy 3 way light leading into the highway. Scared me to death, but once I was helped off the road I called these guys and they were super helpful! Very nice, and to the point. The driver was super chill and comfortable to be around. He spotted what was wrong with my car before we even got to the shop! “I had 4 kids with me when our suv was towed. I paid for the spot and even paid for an additional hr, just to assure that we wouldn’t be towed. Lo and behold we were towed anyway for absolutely no reason & just left sitting in a dark parking lot downtown. I spoke to 3 different people within the company & no one seemed to have any sort of answers, much less even care at all AND I was told that it would cost almost $300 to get our suv back. After finally making it back home the owner called me apologizing for the whole situation & saying that "he doesn’t like how the situation was handled” & how he wanted to make things right.
