I purchased a Cove dishwasher installed by Tops. They did not tell me that they could not install it properly. So water kept filling up in my dishwasher when not running. Water kept pouring out onto my floor. The floor and carpet became damaged. After sending a technician out three times Joey Hebert’s conclusion was they could not install the dishwasher properly because a plumber needed to install another line into the garbage disposal. I explained to Joey that his installers should have told me they could not install it properly and what needed to be done. I now have to pay $400 to a plumber to install their dishwasher properly, and I have to pay to have my flooring and carpeting fixed. Had Joey simply said I will split the cost of the plumbing bill with you, I would have been disappointed but felt he made a good faith effort of caring. But simply saying I am sorry it is not our problem showed a lack of care.

My elderly mother (93) had a problem with a refrigerator that was bought from Tops. It was only 5 years old and under warranty. I called Tops and of course, they did not have a serviceman trained to fix the problem. They told me I had to call ******* ****. After 2 days of fighting with ******* ****, I called Tops back and told them this was their problem, not mine. They finally gave me a good number to call for *********. ********* then gave me another repair service to come out. After all this going back and forth, it is the whole sealant/compressor that needs replacing in a 5 year old refrigerator. ********* is supposedly trying to find this 1 part needed. All the other parts are in. ********* said I had to wait 21 more days, after I gave them 10 days already, for them to find the part, then another 5 days to review if they cannot get the part whether they will give my mother another refrigerator. So over 2 months without a refrigerator. Really! I called Tops back asking if they could loan her something. This wonderful new owner of Tops said No. They could not. Again, Really! Please make people aware never to shop at Tops. The service is no longer there like in the old days and this new owner is terrible. I hope they start losing lots of business because of how they poorly handled problems, which was in reality, their problem! Terrible business and service at Tops. Beware!

?SHOP ELSEWHERE! Spent a couple of hours making choices for our new build. They didn't even write anything down during our Uncomfortably Ackward meeting. Was told they'd design my kitchen FOR ME?? Then we NEVER heard a word back from them. Got a custom cabinet maker to design my entire home and its FABULOUS! Sorry Tops...you should serve our small town better than this.

I bought a Sub-Zero refrigerator from them and they are the nicest people. They are courteous, efficient, fast, and fair. I’m very satisfied with the service and the company as a whole. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Delivery for Tops were awesome. They were on time. They got the work done and was very kind, polite and just a joy to be around and also very helpful. I give these guys a five ? on the other hand customer service inside the store was horrible. My sales lady K.. did not know what the hell she was doing at all !!!! She could not answer my question without going to the back and ask someone. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was knew but no she’s been there for a very long time. But when she got in front of her manager she swore she had told me everything , that she didn’t “Also That one manager in the back, the fat guy that just sits in the back and have the look as thought he don’t want to be there was also very disrespectful . I wish I had a corporate number because I would call and report them both!

I will never buy anything from Tops or use there service dept. I purchased a stove/oven from Tops 5 years ago, the broiler stopped working on the oven. Called the service depot and when they came out, the technician never moved the stove out for island. Didn't check broiler coil and stated that I need a new mother board. Gave me an estimate for over 650 bucks. Smelling a rat I called another local appliance store and guess what?!? It was the broiler coil and is fixed for $60! What scam artists tops is! Don't give them your money, they will cheat and lie to make money on the service!!! Go to Richard Hebert! Honest people!!! Would give zero stars but won't let me!
