Horrible Customer Support and Rude!! Dont Deal With This Bad Apple Company! Orchard setup a 70 yr old Legislators MacBook Air previously which she used for work at the Capital everyday.We called and was eventually escalated to the manager telling both the manager and the guy who answered the phone that she couldn't copy files or create a Backup due to account restrictions of her macbook needing the admin password. This company previously set her Mac up and made themselves "Admin" "OrchardAdmin" leaving her as standard user with no credentials to copy files, create a backup or change anything. This manager said he wanted her to drive an hour away to Lafayette, Louisiana to get her problem fixed and said he would even give her a discount to remove the Orchard password that they put on on the Macbook in the first place. He refused to remote in and fix the problem also and said You might be hackers". The manager was snarky and rude and wouldn't help a 70-year-old lady that makes laws for a living and not technology saavy, that they locked out of her computer without making her drive an hour and stated they were going to charge her for it on top of everything else. End result is She said she would rather go buy a new laptop paying thousands of dollars than to ever deal with this company ever again. #LostACustomerForLife

Horrible experience with this store. If there had been an Apple Store in Lafayette, I would have taken my MacBook there immediately over any authorized repair store like this one. Here I am thinking that my experience with this store would be at least somewhat of the same caliber as dealing with an Apple flagship store when it came to repairs. I dropped my MacBook off for a screen repair and waited TWO WEEKS for it to be replaced. Two weeks later, it still wasn’t. It got to the point where I was really frustrated with it just sitting there that I went back in, canceled the work order and got my MacBook back from the store. I got so tired of calling there over the span of two weeks just for the store to continuously be unable to provide any type of update on when parts would be in. I just went back and retrieved my non-repaired MacBook, though I was reassured it would be repaired long before my trip back to California. That clearly wasn’t the case. Since I have multiple Apple stores in my city, I’ll just have it repaired there where it’s sent out that day and shipped back literally the next day. Thanks for just prolonging the amount of time it took to get my MacBook repaired and leaving me without anything to use. You’re better off just driving to Baton Rouge’s Apple Store for a repair and having them ship it back to you.

Only had a phone call experience- the man who answered had absolutely no answers for me, or other avenues I could check out, or any options whatsoever. I don’t know, just very unhelpful while sounding like he was so depressed— like he wanted to be anywhere but where he was ??♀️ pretty poor experience.

340$ just to replace a iPhone 13 from screen! That’s crazy . 30 $ labor fee and pay 311 after tax! Never again

Beware, they will lie and tell you anything just to get your money!! Right before my vacation I wanted to get a phone so I didn't have to worry about water. We were going to be boating/beaching and I didn't want to worry about my phone due to a cracked screen. I was on my way to purchase a brand new phone from AT&T. As my husband and I were walking up to the AT&T door, Nick one of their techs were right outside the AT&T store. My husband asked him if he could talk to him for a second, Nick stopped and talk to my husband and I. He asked him if we were to pay almost $400 for the screen to be replaced if it would still be water resistant? Nick went on to tell us we had nothing to worry about to not go waste my money and purchase a new phone when the newest phone hasn't came out yet it will be coming out soon . He convinced us it was the right thing to do. Here I am today, two weeks later with a cell phone that is no good to me. It's as good as a paperweight to me. I can no longer trade it in for an upgrade or do anything with it because it is now ruined due to water damage. Let me say that phone was never submerged, underwater, or anything. So now I'm out a little over -$2500, and the store, not wanting to reimburse me, or help me in any type of way as if it's my fault and a new phone when I did it too. Do yourself a favor and save your money, go to Apple!!

I’ve always been impressed with the services provided by the team at the Orchard on all my Apple products. Today, I was blown away with how quick my problem was resolved involving an accessibility issue on an iPhone. These guys were very patient, professional and great problem solvers. Thank you!

I sold them two items and then paid me through Venmo when a lot of places don’t accept venmo. I tried to have the money transferred into my account and was told it couldn’t cause it’s venmo by chase and had to wait days if not 10 days. I called the manager Steve back and explained to him and he was completely selfish and wouldn’t even take the money back to give me actual cash or even send through a better money exchange app.

Cheats and scoundrels. Total rip-off. Told us that they’d charge for time and repairs but then turned the phone off and on again and charged us $29. We were there for approx 1 min. Absolutely livid and so disgusted at these ridiculously bad business practices and will never return.
