I had a great experience. I went to the one on Ambassador in front of Walmart. Had the nicest people helping me. They went over and above to help me out. I would recommend a raise for both of them.

2 Women, changed my oil and for the first time I was told about that filter in my glove box!! It needed changing! They were great all around.

I wasn’t told until the very end about them being out of the oil I wanted. I was hit with double the price. It would’ve been nice for them to lead with that fact.

The guy who was doing the oil change for my car was not at all in a mood to work that day. He tried to open the car bonnet only once and then told me that he can’t do the oil change bcz the bonnet is not opening… I mean seriously? I went out and opened the bonnet in less than a second. The entire time he was very rude and not at all in a mood to work. I would not consider this place again.

This has been the most pleasant oil change yet! Devon made sure to help me understand the process and explain the parts in great detail! David knows customer service- the sweetest!! He was funny as well as attentive!
