Our Rep was Max LeBlanc and he was fantastic. He took his time and explained all the details about our plan and even helped get our Netflix account set up to pay by T Mobil and stopped our payments from our account. Very kind and considerate. Also the store was nice and quiet and calming. My wife and I had gone the night before to the store near the mall. It was noisy and crowded with too much pink neon lights in the store and the salesperson was trying to upsell their products and not much help with getting phones unlocked. So props to the store in Target shopping center.

I would like to express how very impressed I was when I walked in the T-Mobile store on Ambassador (by Target) on yesterday-10/27/22. I mean, as soon as I walked in the store, I was pleasantly greeted by all of the employees/staff with a smile. I didn't have to wait and was not ignored. Two sales associates came to me right away and offered assistance. I was interested in upgrading to a new Motorola (with Stylus) phone and they answered all of my questions and shared recommendations as well as their experiences with their phones. One of the associates even provided information on the new T-Mobile Sync (wifi) for my car. I appreciated the upsell (smile). Kudos to this store, management and associates, I truly felt like a celebrity with how I was greeted. I definitely appreciate the excellent customer service given. Keep up the excellent work!! :)

If you’ve ever seen the South Park episode about how useless cable companies are, you’ve already visited this store. Terrible customer service, zero willingness to help, and an awful experience all around. My girlfriend who had the issue said she needs to switch service providers as soon as we left the third time today. Thankfully I have AT&T and will never take them for granted again.

Call 611 to find out why my bill was more than what we talked about it was because he actually put the wrong watch on my service and I had to return it but they charged me a restocking fee find somewhere else to go poor customer service the service doesn't work and they like to charge full price but you get like 25% service unless you have to connect to Wi-Fi to use your service cricket is literally better than them

I had the same experience as others. As long as you are paying the most, they are happy to help you. Lots of double talk.
