Really not just this Starbucks but all of em really just has not been that good for awhile now. Over priced and weak even with an extra shot of espresso. The quality has really not risen with the prices. I can get coffee at a loves truck stop both better and stronger. Hope it gets better at some point.

I'm from Texas, so while visiting family in the area, I took the opportunity to purchase gift cards to give out for Christmas. I saw a really nice Louisiana mug that had a sign on the shelf that said "Up to 50% off." When asked to scan for the discounted price, it scanned the original price. The barista, Jacob, confirmed it was not on sale, so I mentioned what the sign said but there was no effort to provide any sort of customer service when asked if he address the sign in the shelf by removing it to avoid any other customer confusion. His response to me was that he really did not care about what the sign said, nor did he care to remove it to avoid confusion. I asked for a manager, but there was none on site. Considering this is the holiday season and high traffic, I would have expected more respect and consideration for patrons to this location. Though my experience with Jacob was unremarkable, I must say that the cashier and other barista were very nice and customer focused.

The employee was taking the order of a couple in front of me, and was smiling, explaining some of the different drinks and answering their questions. I wasn't in a hurry, and I like when I see a place taking the time to give good customer service. There was another employee talking to them and laughing and they made me smile with some of the quirky things they were saying.However, once done, the employee at the register walked away, never acknowledging me or making eye contact. I stood by the register thinking they would return. Another employee was walking by and asked if I needed to order something.The other employee returned to the front and walked by the register and it seemed like they were purposely ignoring me. I felt there could have been some type of bias towards my ethnicity, gender or something. Just my perception, but enough for me to feel uncomfortable.On a positive note, the area was relatively clean, the employee who eventually took my order was pleasant enough and the drink I ordered was made perfectly.I was on a road trip and am glad I was just passing through this area, but I'll not return to this location my next trip.

The day we stopped by it was packed and there was only one worker, Josh. And let me tell you how incredible, precise, fast he was. To see him even washing his hands between making every order just blew me away. He was absolutely phenomenal! Patient, kind and handling it like a boss! He needs a raise seriously. Thanks again!

Single employee working but still decent service time. Additionally, the barista (idk her name) let like four more customers in line even though it was right near closing, which was very kind.

The wait here is always ridiculously long. The workers are nice, but they are extremely slow and can never keep up with the orders. The drinks also taste different here than other Starbucks. They apparently do not follow recipes ?.
