Great place, every person who works there was extremely nice and worked very well with me. My dog is very skidish and has anxiety, yet they made him feel very safe and loved. Thank you everyone who worked with Porter and I!

I used to be a fan of this vet practice but the seasoned vets have left and very young ones replaced them. I don't feel as comfortable with them. All the receptionist staff and techs I once knew have gone as well except for Lea, the awesome groomer. Staff is very friendly, however. The major plus with how the clinic is now run, is that I don't feel they are over booking. I have not had to wait long my last 2 visits which is good.

shout out to everyone at St. Francis! the front desk is super helpful and very quick considering how many nervous animals they have to take in and out.
much appreciation to Dr. Arielle as well. she's very gentle and a pro at tricking/ distracting animals. my dog can get quite aggressive at the vet so I normally have to help them but Dr. Arielle keeps on keeping on and completes everything she needs to complete without pushing Buddy too far.
I didn't catch her name but the woman who was with Doc, Buddy, and I today.. couldn't have done it without you friend! I appreciate you constantly keeping the treats flowing, hands covered in dog saliva to keep the show rolling ? just please come hang with us every time Buddy is in!

My boy Max gets extremely nervous,and full of anxiety on vet visits...always has. And even though he is a bull terrier, ( and has a very undeserved bad rep as an aggressive breed sometimes) these guys didn't treat him negatively,or want to muzzle him.they took it all in stride,and were very patient with him while giving him his allergy shot.they didn't make me feel bad for having a crazy dog ?or look down on him at all ,and I appreciate that. They are even willing to give him his allergy shot in the parking lot from now on just to keep his anxiety to a minimum. Friendly staff and good service . I recommend them to anyone who needs a good place to bring their dog
