My baby Jesse had her first grooming experience at Spoiled this week and came back happy and sleepy from all the play and smelling and looking great! Very happy with the polite staff and thorough consultation. Will return 100% ❤️

This was the second visit for me. Satisfied with the first visit. Great Price. The lady at the front desk was nice. She asked at 7:45am. She asked me when do i want to pick my dog up. I said as long if its before noon. To just text me. No text so I went to pick my dog up at 12:15pm. They hadn't even started cutting his hair. He was hacked up pretty good. Total rush job after I waited 20 minutes for the dog. I realize he was matted and need to be shaved which was fine. The cut was uneven and spotty at best. I paid the full amount charged and didn't complain but I was very disappoined with the outcome. I will not return to Spoiled in the future.

They are always so helpful and sweet there. Plus they are the only ones who carry the tiny sizes that my dog needs.

We've been using Spoiled's grooming service for about 8 months now and we love it. They always treat our old girl well and when we pick her up she seems to have an extra step in her pep.

The Worst Dog boarding. My yorkie went there for a week. I sent him there with everything cleaned and fresh. On the website it says bring washable just in the have to wash it. My friend picked him up and called me and told me my dog and all his stuff smelled like pee. How embarrassing bc I bragged on Spoiled like they was the best! I was completely wrong. I called to make a complaint and told them he won't be coming back. Two days later another worker called and was so rude!! She's the dog care taker. Telling me that she walked him TWICE a day!! What dog do you know you only walk TWICE a day? Plus they gave him all the treats that was supposed to last!!

Our second shih tzu was poked in the eye with scissors the last time we went. He was then terrified of every other groomer. We switched to Bark Avenue.

Staff was friendly and professional! The atmosphere is so welcoming and almost feels like home for the furbabies. The groomer did an amazing job trimming all the right parts. She came home feeling so soft and smelling so good!

Excellent service and care for my dog. They pay attention to the details of a good cut and the owner is kind hearted and professional. Appointments are followed as promised. I have been going for 8 months. Previous place I used to take our dog kept deteriorating in service by bringing in more people and accepting new hires. Your dog would have different groomers and appointments running late. Thank God for Spoiled Pet Spa in our area and I enjoy its central location

We left our long haired chi for 6?days of boarding. I did not have to worry about our baby while we are gone. All of there employees love animals. When we picked him up he was clean and ready to go home.

I thought I was going to love this place, but it took 3 visits to quickly have a change of heart. I dropped my 5lb yorkie off with SPECIFIC details given to the male on duty at 730am; to only cut about 1/2 of her body hair length off and leave her hair on head and legs long (its winter). 6 hours later I pick up my completely bald baby. Shaved same very short summer length from head to toe. I reached out to Jacey, who was happy to respond immediately to set up the appt, but not as eager to respond to my complaint after the fact.... I STILL have not gotten a response, apology, etc. i understand that mistakes and/or misunderstandings happen, but because i am being ignored we will not be back. hs #lafayetteyorkiemom
