I’ve gotten one of my cats neutered here before and everything went smoothly! However, I recently got my other cat neutered and he developed a fever.:( There was no signs of infection, which is great, but prolonged amounts of stress can cause it. My baby would not eat his food for 3 days and I was incredibly concerned. Now he’s okay because I went to my vet. He was prescribed antibiotics and steroids. The reason I knocked it down one star is because it would be nice for them to offer antibiotics as a preventative measure. Just keep an eye on your pets during the healing process to see if anything is abnormal!

So great and helpful were all the staff. They took great care of my fur baby, Sassy (Sassafras) Girl. I couldn't be more pleased with the treatment she received. Thanks to the wonderful doctors and nurses for a healthy kitty ?D. Hatton

If I could give no stars I would, they didn't check my cat for a microchip before hand so now he has two the people were extremely rude to me about it and he was covered in blood when they gave him back to me, then to top it all off they didn't put the information I wrote on the paper on his microchip! They didn't even put his right name!!!!!!!!! I am very displeased and would never recommend to anyone to trust your pet at this place

Very streamlined/efficient. All pets to be spayed go there for 8am. You stay in your vehicle until someone comes out to hand you paperwork to fill out and a number. Once you've completed it, you bring your cat/dog inside and wait for your number to be called. Once called, you're given instructions as to when to pick up your pet. When it's time for your pet to be picked up, you're told to text a special upon arrival. When you get a reply, you go inside the building and await your name/your pets(s)' name(s) to be called. You pay. Then they explain what all was done and follow-up care instructions. You then sit and await for them to call your name and give you your pet ?

I used Spay Nation to have a community cat vaxxed and neutered. They have a very low cost program but the initial visit was a tad bit overwhelming. There are alot of people that decend on this place in the morning. Because the recording wasn't as detailed as it should have been there was some confusion with the time frame to pick up traps. My initial encounter with the intake lady was less than impressive but I believe it was just because she was overwhelmed. My remaining encounters with Staff were great. If you are getting a community cat serviced I would recommend going after 0930am and before 3pm to pick it up.

They were really nice and accommodating. I'd suggest getting there before the designated time just because parking is hard. There are a lot of pet parents that want their babies neutered or spayed too. It'll just be easier for you parking wise since you do have to wait like 15 to 30 minutes before getting called in.

Anyone else get their pet neutered at this location and get said pet back in a carrier covered in pee from the outside and inside? This is disgusting, but also... One can't wash this pet until many days later. How is storing the pet in the carrier like that sanitary?Stars for the successful procedure and shots, but.. my god.. Gotta wipe this boy down in wipes and chemical burn whatever foreign urine is on the outside of this carrier and in my vehicle.

I took my micro bully, Phoenix, there to have her spayed and she was a happy pup going in and a happy pup coming out. She's healing well and though she can't play and stuff yet, she's desperately eager already to try and do so.

SpayNation is absolutely wonderful! They do so much to help people out with affordable spay / neuter for their pet's. They also rock when it comes to fixing feral's for a very affordable price to keep the homeless pet population in check. They also offer shots and a few other services for reduced prices.
