Mom was abused forced to sit in her urine and bowls for periods of time. Told she stunk because of a matter with the bowels. By a CNA do not bring your people here because the nurses do not care or the one I spoke to didn't. She didn't say sorry or anything. Poor bedside manner.

This place is a joke. Receptionist was rude, nurse spoke so fast I couldn't reply fast enough therefore got very pissy and rude. Also they said they did in house hernia surgery and they don't. So I wasted half a day of work and $150. That I REALLY COULD HAVE USED GOING STRAIGHT TO THE HOSPITAL. AND no kind of compensation. Sad but true.... They will lie just to get your money!!!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!!! WISH THEY HAD NEGATIVE STARS ON HERE

My son broke his jaw and he explained to the Dr that narcos make him itch and he can't sleep. So he calls my son a pill head. Not everyone is there just for pills he needed help.

Very poor ER service. The doctor came in & begin pressing on my back while I'm complaining of sharp back pain. No one asked me if what I can take because I have a bunch of allergies & sensitivities to different meds. The doctor stayed in my room LESS THAN A MIN. No bedside manners. I was treated like an addict. Please don't go in for pain there. The minute you mention pain, it's like they become scared to treat. They also have a poster in the room claiming to say your pain is important to us.. Yeah right!! Awful treatment at this hospital.

I needed some very important questions answered pretty much called all day,some of the ones I interacted with was friendly but I could tell some were a little agitated,but the one who stuck out was very rude,he name is Mrs,Linda he voice,her deamener was not good at all,I proceeded to tell her my situation and frustration, she begin to say something that was totally wrong and her response back to me was rude,so if theres training maybe she should go back to school for that,at the end of the day, disappointed and frustrated a sweet voice called me back her name was Mrs Patty she was a savior to my ears she answered all my guestions and push to do so much more,all this could of been handled if more would have took the time to care,I give this nice lady Mrs,Patty 20 stars Thank-you and God bless you
