One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a tint place. I had to come to the location 5 times. He completed the job on Monday it wasn’t done correctly the tint was missing on the outsides of the rear window and I noticed a scratch on the driver window from his tint tool. So now I have to come back on Wednesday thinking he could finish it; wrong he runs out of tint so we reschedule for Friday. I’m ready to come by Friday he says he can’t do it Friday because the tint didn’t come in. Now it’s Monday I drive up thinking he could finish the job; wrong again. The business is closed and he’s not texting back or answering my calls. I find out he had an emergency in Baton Rouge but it would have been nice to know that because gas isn’t exactly cheap. So that was a wasted trip. Now this will be the fifth time going to this business to finish my car. I found out my passenger door wasn’t working over the weekend so I had to take it to the Dealership and come to find out they said it was because of this place not putting the door back together properly. There was a cable hanging out inside the panel blocking the passenger handle; so it was more of an inconvenience to have to bring my car in this morning for this place’s mistake. I will never come here again; this was extremely unprofessional and a horrible experience. If you do decide to walk the plank don’t let Jason do anything. He’s a nice guy but horrible with the execution and his excuses. Lonnie the owner gave me $100 to take care of everything. That’s all; I hope this helps someone.

I took my car to get the seat rebuilt and I have to say the whole experience has been wonderful. Pat gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. He promptly called me once the seat cover had come in and installed everything beautifully. Mr Pat runs the kind of business that makes one feel good about the world.Services: Upholstery repair

Met with Mr. Rauch and discussed options for the driver's seat: 1) Selected cloth seat panel replacement or 2) Complete vinyl seat replacement. Opted for the vinyl seat, manufactured by Seat Shop, Plano, TX and Pat installed it after it arrived. Excellent result, as Southern Auto Interiors was the only listed installer in the Lafayette area for Seat Shop products. Thank you Pat, am enjoying my "new" ride.

I just got home from Southern Auto Interiors and Pat did a headliner replacement on my car and I am BLOWN AWAY by the quality of it! The pictures I posted speak for themselves. Done in 3 hours! I will tell everybody about this place! A+++ job!

I have been to a LOT Shops trying to get a repair done on a Seat , and yes I knew for it to be properly , it would of had to of been replaced , but for 1500 for one seat cover replacement , I could not for one afford it ( full time college student ).
