THE EMPLOYEES ARE MOSTLY PLEASANT EXCEPT FOR ONE. HER NAME IS LENNY. I WAS LITERALLY AN EVERYDAY CUSTOMER UNTIL NOW. SHE LIED BY SAYING IM ALWAYS SHORT ON THE PRICE I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY ITEMS. THATS FAR FROM THE TRUTH BECAUSE BEFORE TODAY THAT ONLY HAPPENED ONCE. I WAS OKAY PUTTING AN ITEM BACK BUT I DIDNT APPRECIATE HER OVERLY EXAGGERATING. AT THE END OF THE DAY HER ISSUE IS SHE JUST DOESNT WANT TO VOID AN ITEM. HER COWORKER SAID JUST TAKE THE ITEM OFF AND SHE SAID SHE WONT DO IT BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE REPRIMANDS SHE MAY RECEIVE. AS A CUSTOMER THAT DOESNT MEAN I HAVE TO RECEIVE TERRIBLE SERVICE. INFACT I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY SERVICE. SHE TOLD ME SHE WASNT SELLING ME ANYTHING AND TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK. THE EMPLOYEES WOULD LITERALLY GRAB MY USUAL ITEMS BEFORE I APPROACH THE REGISTER. THAT INDICATES HOW FREQUENT I WOULD VISIT THIS STORE. AS OF NOW I CANNOT GO BACK... I HOPE A MANAGER ADDRESSES THIS SITUATION BECAUSE THAT PARTICULAR EMPLOYEE COULD POTENTIALLY GIVE THE ENTIRE STORE A BAD REPUTATION.

There is no store in Acadiana that treats customers worse, in my opinion, than this ShopRite. Sad to say, they are prejudice against white people, it seems. Corporate y'all really should look into this.

I love going to this store and the cashier is very polite and always greet you when you enter the store, and when you leave she always says have a blessed day. Great store with good service.

After living in this area for over 4 years n going into this shop n never ever treated like anyone special. What u usually get from this type of shop. Never expecting anything more. It’s just so typical! But not here since Darwin has been working there. I have never ever been treated so kindly in a shop like this. A run in n run out of shop. Darwin is always spinning in circles to make sure ever single little thing is done right in this store. I am so pleasantly amazed! He is so very kind, helpful n most of all u can tell he really is not just there for his pay check but to do his job properly n to make this business succeed. I have never seen a worker in one of these types of stores give so much n take his job so seriously like Darwin does. U must appreciate all he has to offer n never let him go if u r smart. Prompt, promote, promote!!! So

I just want to say that the gal working the cash register today at 530 PM had wonderful customer service and did it with a smile. Definitely an employee you want to keep
