This is my new favorite place to get my shoes. Great selection, even for us big foot fellas. And the prices ain't bad either. Oh and they have a good reward system. There's really no reason not to shop here.

OMG! I resigned here after only working 5 months due to getting a new job that fits my college major but I will say the manager Carrie here is soooo amazingg!!!!!. He's sweet, respectful, and understanding with full-time college students. I dreaded having to break the news :( This was by far my favorite job out of all. i went in the other day to buy a pair of slippers i called today to get them returned bc i only wore them twice and the seam on the right side completely came off. i called and shelby so incredibly rude hung up on me multiple times and then proceeded to have an attitude while saying i couldn’t return them because they were worn. do not waste your money on their cheaply made shoes and don’t waste your time calling.

Walked up to the door 5 minutes before closing girl was fixing to lock the door she allowed me in told me I had 5 minutes they were still very cooperative and relaxed. Great experience even in a rush atmosphere.

Very disappointed. The store was in complete disarray. It was so terribly hot in the store. There were shoes all over the place, unorganized, not in the correct boxes, boxes and shoes all over the floor. Unable to find any of the shoes on display. One of the boxes didn't even have shoes in it. Two employees in the store - both sitting behind the cash register and on their phones. No customer support whatsoever; they didn't even speak to me or welcome me into the store. Whomever the manager is needs to get his/her act together - you're losing business.
