My experience was great i was looking for some ? for a wedding i was greeted at the door the place was clean and neat and i found one i liked the cashier made sure it fit i felt special during my last minute rush thanks a bunch

honestly ?? horrible there clothes and shoes are made poorly I know cheap clothing when I see them (there literally rip offs and they pass it as there own ) no wonder why there so cheap you'll only get two wears outta shoes and clothes there locations in Lafayette and tanger are ghetto and there employees are rude , don't acknowledge customers / not helpful at all , and attitudes , the owners clearly don't know how to check their employees carrying conversations , they don't even stand up when speaking/greeting to customers not worth spending money at all !!!!!

Their merchandise is okay. Nothing extraordinary, but affordable if you know what you need. They do not refund your money no matter what, so make sure that what you buy from the store you absolutely love.

I do not recommend anyone to shop here. The manager watches you like a hog as if you'll steal something. He sells items without price tags and refuses returns when it is his fault that a tag was not attached in the first place. Accused me of wearing the item because a piece of lint was on the item as if he doesn't let people try it on in the store. & most items are made with cheap material. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I finally wore my first pair of shoes from shoe lovers Baton Rouge (Tanger) location and absolutely love them. They are seriously my most comfortable pair of work heels that I have ever worn or tried on. Out of the 8 hours I worked, I probably spend 4 of them walking or on my feet. The customer service was beyond my expectations at the store and I appreciated the friendly environment more than anything! Go check out the stores if you have not already. They have plenty of variety! ���
