It says they close at 9 but I have gone multiple times and they’re always closed at 8:20 so they just close whenever they want which is aggravating like this a brand name gas station who lettin yall do that ?

Just went over there to get a coffee and asked why they had no coffee and the manager Kimberly was very rude had an attitude saying who drinks coffee this late in the afternoon now I took this personally cus my grandma drinks coffee this late and she continued with her attitude until I walked out the door it was the worst convenient store experience I ever had and will never go back and I go everyday

I've been going to this gas station regularly since March of 2021 and ever since their last renovation, about a month ago, it's really gone downhill. They have this new lady that works at night, she rides a scooter and has short hair, and she pretty much closes up whenever she feels like it. Even if it's an hour before they're supposed to close. And she's awfully rude about it. This is the third time she's done this to me when I've tried to run over there at night, well BEFORE 10pm. She happily turns business away. Their hours of operation are very inconsistent all of a sudden, which is probably why they don't have their hours of operation posted on the door. When I asked her why it was closed already when they're supposed to be open until 10:00 she said, "We close at 9:00 on Sundays." To which I said, "It was 8:53 when I showed up." And she says, "Well, I leave at 9:00."..... So in other words they're not actually open until 9:00. Who knows when they actually close.So I will be taking my business across the street. They seem to be much more consistent with their hours of operation.

This is by far the most expensive gas station in Lafayette, but their hours of operation are ridiculous. The hours on the door are not the hours of operation. If you need anything from this gas station, better come during the hours you work (9-5), or they may not be open. I will be taking my business to the racetrac down the road because of how early they close and prices.

My last review may seem like I expect too much from gas stations. I was a cashier at a gas station for 7 years and I actually expect very little. A useable restroom or at least put it out of order if you can't tend to it. Check. Friendly cashiers, and I don't mean obnoxiously chipper, but basic courtesies like acknowledging the customer and asking if they need anything else. Check. A decently clean store. Check. This place meets all the expectations you'd have for a quick trip to the gas station ?

It was a pleasant stop. Clean loo and friendly staff with the more than adequate collection of gas station Foods and refreshments. The pumps were clean and I trust shell more than anyone else with my fuel. I swear if I Didn't Know Better that shell fuel stations are better than most as well. One last note, this location should totally carry Rockstar green apple super sour drinks they are a real weakness of mine.
