I like the convenience of this location because I am a school bus driver. However, The morning clerk has the worst personality and does not care if you have to wait for her to decide to come out of the back room to turn on the diesel pumps.. I have in the last month three times and this will be the last had to wait because she felt it was o k for me to wait on her to come back to the front counter.. I'm not the only person having this experience. But I will say I will never Fuel my bus up there again. There's another station with a two mile radius of this one that I've never had to wait . This Shell station is certainly below the standards of others in this city. Babye ✌?

I like the store, but they have this one employee who treats all of the customers like dirt. Everytime I come in, I watch him publicly disrespect someone & get away with it. I talk with other employees and they say "Yeah, everyone hates that guy", yet they continue to keep him on months after months. Can't stand that guy, he thinks he's a king because he has authority when he puts on his uniform. I rate him 1 star every chance I get on the digital monitor by checkout, but management does nothing. So, tells me they don't care about their customers feelings or shopping experience. 3 stars is being generous here. Make changes & get better.

I recently went to get breakfast here through the drive up window. The morning clerk let me sit there for a very long time as she noticed me sitting and pretended not to see me. I had to end up going in and they didn't have what I want. Won't be going back here with this bad service.

Disorganized, unclean, and I had to wait in line for literally 20 minutes to pay for my gas. I was on E and had to stop there. There was nobody else there. I actually saw people come in grab what they wanted and walked out without paying! Wow! Really?! Ugh...

Stopped in for a quick bathroom break. I was surprised to find a store of this size only had one stall for the women. I had to go bad and was dancing around like a three year old. The restroom wasn't the cleanest which is the reason for the three rating. The staff is friendly and the customer service great.

Gas stations probably have no business getting more than two or three stars, but I can't help it. THEY SELL REALLY NICE PURSES HERE! PLEASE, GO TO THIS SHELL AND BUY YOURSELF A PURSE! But yeah, it's a gas station with... gas. The bathroom was pretty clean, too. Got some water and pork cracklins and was on my way. BUT THE PURSES! :D

This gas station has the highest-quality ICEE in Lafayette. Their two-flavor unit consistently dispenses a very dense and well-frozen drink-- worth driving past 3 gas stations from my house to get one every now and then.

Lovely fast service. Free car wash with premium oil change. Which is only 6$ more than a regular and you get so much more.
