Was here last week and had an alleged 07:00 delivery appt. Couldn't get onsite until after 11am due to HOS and they took me immediately! Was in, unloaded 44,000lbs and out with paperwork in hand all before 1 hour! Wish all shippers and receivers operated like this! Please don't ever change

Web site days open at 0800. Got here at 0630 and straight to unloading dock. No overnight parking. Red light, green light, paperwork in trailer, then launch.
