Too bad no stars isn’t an option!! I ordered a cake for a child’s birthday party. I ordered the cake on Tuesday w a Saturday between 8-9 am pick up time. I got there at 10am. I walked up to the bakery. There were prob 8-10 people working in the bakery. Not one of them a knowledge me. I stood there waiting for some one to look up or to ask me if I needed help. A man walked out and handed another customer a cake. He turned around and went back to doing whatever he was doing. A lady went to put some cookies on a shelf, I stopped her and asked if she could help me. She turned and pointed at another lady working in the bakery. At the same time the guy looked up and made eye contact w me. He asked if I needed help. I told them I was there to pick up a cake for work. The lady went to the back then the man went to the back they both come up front asking if I was sure I ordered the cake. I didn’t have access to our Sam’s account for work so I called my boss. She sent me a screen shot w the order number, pending status and a pic of the cake. I gave the guy the info. While he was looking into it Another lady chimed in saying she remembered making the cake. But it was already picked up the day before. I told them no one from my job picked up the cake. The lady again said she remembered doing the cake. But that it wasn’t back there so someone must of picked it up the day before. Again I said that wasn’t the case. She said well it’s not here so it was picked up yesterday. I said that it still showed pending pick up online. She said oh that’s bc I don’t know how to work the new system. . So I don’t mark them as picked up. At this point it was 30 min before the birthday party. I’d didn’t have time to argue w these people. They didn’t even offer to make it right. I paid for the cake when I ordered it. I was not happy so I left and went to Albertsons where they hooked me up w a beautiful cake w no hassle. I will not be shopping at Sam’s anymore. We order 4-5 cakes a month from Sam’s. Needless to say we will be going to Albertsons from now on. My boss called and was told if I came back they would do another cake. At this time we the party had been going on for a good 30 min. It would have been very nice if they would have offered me a new cake while I was there instead of arguing w me and telling me we already picked up the cake when I knew we hadn’t. Never again!!!

I love that they have pre-made meals that you just stick in the oven.
We use the app and just “scan and go.” Makes for a quick trip.

Checked in at 7 for my 7-8 pickup. I was the only car there. Took exactly 30 minutes before it was brought out. Completely unacceptable

I’ve called multiple times to speak to someone in the automotive department about windshield wiper blades, but every time I called the call is forwarded to someone in another country. Each time the person who answers says that there is no windshield wiper blades available. Well I took it upon myself to go on app and order some and guess what? There was some in stock in Lafayette. I picked up my online order and went into the store and ask if they could put on my wiper blades that were purchased online and picked up. The guy told me “NO” and then asked where were they purchased. I told him that they were literally just brought to my car because I completed an online pick up order since I can never speak to someone in the automotive department when I call and when I did speak to a store associate she told me couldn’t answer any automotive questions, because she don’t work that department. So the guy then proceeds to say that he could but that it would be a long wait. I ask him if I could set up an appointment and he said I could wait. I asked if I came back another day with my blades if they would put them on. He claimed I could but he don’t know if anyone put them on for me. I was like “ I literally purchased the wiper blades here because I’m member!” I wish I could set up an appointment online instead of having to go through hurdles to just get some service done in automotive.
